As I said, use a real wallet, such as blockchain.info (https://blockchain.info/wallet/) to receive payments, then transfer once in a while the funds either to a cold paper wallet, or to the exchange and trade them with a currency of your choice. If you prefer you might directly use bitpay (https://bitpay.com/) or similar services, though the fee is slightly higher (but you are much safer from sudden drops in value, such as today's). Hope it starts a trend in Greece! I would imagine a couple early adopters might check it out for the hell of it, I know I'd consider it.
