Title: Looking for an altcoin developer to partner with
Post by: gotya1 on October 23, 2017, 03:51:08 PM
I am looking to design a cryptocurrency, and I need a developer to partner with. My idea is an anonymous PoW coin with masternodes (I know not really revolutionary, but it would still have it’s uses and with a decent team that stuck around for a while I think it could become a pretty good coin).

I plan to go all out with a signature campaign and a small presale, and will probably escrow the funds for the presale (to reassure buyers I’m not just going to run with the funds). My goal for the presale is just to raise enough money to pay for web/node hosting (no where near some of these crazy presales that we’re seeing).

I was planning on doing a premine, probably 10% (2.5% to me, 2.5% to the dev, 2.5% to a sig campaign, and 2.5% to a presale).

If you’re a developer who knows the basics of designing a cryptocurrency please send me a PM.

I'm looking for help to develop a coin. Although it won't be revolutionary in any way I do plan to stick around for a while.

I should note that this isn't a paying task, as the title said I'm looking to partner with somebody long term and build this coin from the ground up (splitting any potential profits). I will need you to have a basic knowledge of building cryptocurrencies, but you really won't need anything beyond that.

PM me if you're interested.

Dude...
*Bump* isn't how you get people interested.
If you have an idea for a cool project you need to inspire confidence, competence, and describe a little about the project so people will know that it's interesting enough to participate in.

Write up a post with a general idea of what the business/product is and what the value proposition is like. Give people a reason to care.
Don't ask for talking further in a PM.
A proposal like yours says that you are either a blatant scammer or are too lazy to be worth dealing with.

Yea you're probably right, I've edited the post that way I don't look so shady.
