Can you please elaborate the whole thing? It cannot be understand easily by just saying with those words. What are these ranks for? I'm interested if you are going to pay 0.1 bitcoin for each member that will participate with your project. Is this like a campaign or what? Please put all information but if this is just a scam don't expect any help from me.

An escrow isn't needed in this situation. The OP should just pay the workers upfront because he is a newbie looking for workers.

0.10 BTC is not a joke! You are a newbie and don't have any reputation yet in this forum. If you want to be trusted by people in here. You will need an escrow to hold the funds for the work that you offer, If no escrow = 100% risky likely to be scam.

Yes, to make this possible to happen he can simply use any reputable escrow here in forum for the assurance that his deal is a real one but if not just ignore this guy then. I'm curious what this guy is trying to ask by finding people that will participate him for 7 days, shady and it sounds like a ponzi/cloud mining. Beware people.
