For the last three days the bitcoin price continue to falls down.
What do you think guys it will reach $4000 again?

Possibly it's just readjusting after all the hype about free coins. We should see it stabilize later this week.

Why some people are always panicing when bitcoin is dropping? Come on man that is natural with bitcoin there is up and down do not be nervous even it reaches 4k again  remember that it can increase.

No it won’t affect in next one month even it may cross 6000$ in couple of days because people will start to buy bitcoin once it reached 50000$ or below for next fork b2x or segwit2x which is happening on November 18 so soon there will very less chance for price drop.

It's normal. People got their free coins and can now sell Bitcoins they got only to increase their BTG profits. That will change when exchanges give everyone their share of BTG and allow for deposits. We'll have a wave of people willing to sell their coins and invest in something else. We can expect that Bitcoin will be on top of those investments, followed by ETH and LTC.

IMO most likely BTC will not go below $4000 unless there are some major FUDs going on. In view of the next fork coming in 1 month, people will start buying BTC soon.

Don't be alarmed. It's already expected and it may the result of the recent Bitcoin Gold fork last October 24. And I think it will continue to drop slightly as we are expecting another fork in a few weeks or maybe in mid-November this year.

probably because they dive into bitcoin with the idea that bitcoin is some promised magic gift to the world, and cant wrap their heads around the idea that bitcoin, just like anything else of value in the world, can become devalued at any time.

It's natural for newbies to panic since they don't know how the market works and sad to say it's a good thing for long time traders  :P . the reason is that when this newbies panic over a small amount of drop in btc price we can buy those coins relatively cheap. just like what happened last time with the FUD caused by china that many have panicked and sold their coins then regret it later.

I don't think it will fall down that much. Maybe to $4500-5000 hopefully so we can buy in.

What is happening now is simply correction of the price for bitcoin. It is pretty possible to come back to 4000$ in the case if people will continue to sell their coins. But I hope that after this drop bitcoin will come back at 6000$ and will continue it's growth.

I doubt it. Bitcoin value will keep surging and will not be affected by the current fork to bitcoin gold. Just look at what happened with bitcoin cash. The important thing is we must HODL our bitcoins and not get tempted by FUDers and dumpers.

I don't think because last month also BTC reach $3k for few days then it go up to $6k there for I don't think , it will reach again $4k . If it is reach $4k sure It will reach up to $7k within few days . Most probably BTC stable on $5400 - $5800

I don’t think the price will drop to 4000$, not now and not on November 1st. Actually I think that it will remain quite steady at the value that it’s now, so around 5500$ for the next week or so and after that it could rise again. Until the next fork scheduled in November then the next price correction will probably follow but this one will also not last for long. Anyway there is no reason for some dramatic predictions and fear of huge price drop.

Watching the market everyday and recommending it to beginners and more advanced. I concluded that this is unlikely, but we are not able to be 100% certain. In my opinion, it is not advisable to continue to take advantage of what is now.

All experts have different versions. But a lot of them said about the correction to $4k - $4,2k at least. But after that bitcoin will break $6k for a long time.

Learn from past, on 5 August about 4 days after hard fork bitcoin price goes up to $ 3200 and break a new record, people thought that the price would drop drastically when the fork was over but the opposite, the price goes up and break that record. The point is until the hard fork people will still buy so maybe we will not see 4000 dollars, and what will happen when the hard fork finishes actually hard to predict but there will be two possible prices will go down or vice versa.

even though bitcoin prices fall by half of the current price I believe the bitcoin price will rise again, as long that as there is no need to panic to sell it let us stick with bitcoin on our belief that bitcoin prices will rise after the downturn.

I think that if Bitcoin drops back to the $ 4000 price, it will not worry a lot of people, at least everyone is looking for bitcoin for free and bitcoin is still worth it from their point of view, but bitcoin needs a downturn to keep the stability so all altscoins do not fall so badly in every market ...

well if bitcoin price falls to 4000 it will be good opportunity to buy bitcoin and you don't need to be worry it is pretty normal here in bitcoin just keep hold your bitcoin and ypu sill be fine but if you panicked and sold your bitcoin you will regret it. fortunately, bitcoin price has a strong support in 5500-5600 dollars for today and i think it will hold for atleast a week and rise again.

It's quite impossible in my opinion. The backdrops are caused by the incoming hardfork in November. I think it will only fall down to 5000$ and not as low as 4000$. The best thing to do is to hold at this moment and if possible, buy more Bitcoin. Surely, after the segwit2x, it will again increase just like before.

I don't think that it will reach $4000 again. It will just range from 5000 usd to 5700 usd. Last time it was testing its support and if the support break it will drop into 5200 usd.

No, i don't think it will fall back to $4,000 this is too big to consider maybe $5,000 is the lowest decrease this is because some of the investors specially the beginners are afraid of Segwit2X and they just want to be sure that they invested capital is safe that is why some of them are starting to sell their bitcoins and altcoins too. This is a temporary movements in which after the Segwit2X it will climb up again so we must stay calm like the others.

No, the correction has happened and the price is up again at $5,700 so if you had bought when the price was $5,400 that's the dip for this moment. And I don't think that we are going to see the price of bitcoin get back again at $4,000 but it is possible. But with what's on happening to market, many alt coin investors are jumping to different platforms and in the end they'll invest to bitcoin so bitcoin's the best.

We will still see big swings especially before the November fork, I guess it'll go up nearing the fork again

I really believe in that the price will rise by a lot of money before the next fork on November the 11th, if everything goes well, then everybody will feel tempted to buy more bitcoins and hold them until this fork is released so they can get their free segwit coins, anyway, i am not going to hold any bitcoins for them since i am looking to cashout all my bitcoins, i am in urgently need of money and i want to start my own physical bussiness, of course that i would keep 0.20 btc for myself, but only for investment purposes.

It is not what we think but what the price charts tells us. And what it tells us is that the price fall from 6000$ to 5400$ didn't signify a correction but a bounce from the trend line, which means we have generated a new diagonal support for our long term up trend. As of today we are seeing Bitcoin at 5730$ which signifies a continuation of the trend.

I don't think that the price of bitcoin will fall to 4,000 USD again because the price right now is being stable for more than 5,000 USD and that will become the foundation for the price to not fall back to 4,000 again and for me the price of bitcoin will continue to just go up in the future because the progress are keep being good and that will result for more pump price and the 4,000 will be just a price of history.

It will not return at a price of 4,000 $. Because many people are holding bitcoins because they know that it's going to grow. I think I've been buying at 4,500 $ worth and I expect it to increase by 2,500 $ at the end of the year. And is expected to increase further next 2018

On seeing the thread I was actually thinking price has crashed to that low value but its just speculation which would have been fatal if that really happened.

Although its actually a possibility when the whole reason why the price went high based on what we can attach it to is not coming the way a lot of people expected it. Checking the trading price of BTG was not encouraging but I see the price still stabilizing above $5000 even despite what is happening to BTG but $4000 will be a long way down.

This is really normal specially in this kind of market people are on panic every time bitcoin falls short but can't you see? every time the price of bitcoin dump after that it will surely bounce back and sometimes makes new all time high, and if you are good on trading you will surely earn big profit if you saw this pattern. It can’t be said so surely. There are chances of bitcoin going up again after the hardfork as people will be sure of future investment. It could have dropped already if people would have thought of fork in the negative way but that’s not the case right now. The price will continue to rise in the want of more profits. Your speculation would have been turned out true if fork was all negative without free coins.

Absolutely not. The pricing would not stoop down low at $4000. The correction is at $5500-5700 and after ot normalizes I think it will eventually go up drastically since China is coming back.

Yes, anything could happen with the bitcoin network in unexpected time period. Right now the focus just turned towards segwit2x. By fork price was expected to fall, but this hasn't gone big. Now it has started to increase once again cross $5750 to reach $6000 at the earliest.

It is the volatility of digital currency that is able to increase or decrease the value based on market motion but this is normal because giant corporations are doing their job to pump as high as they can.

As to what I'ved noticed, the people are really panicking once the price falls down. I mean, as we all know, last year the price of the was ranging from 400-800 usd only, but then this year, it surpassed the 1,000$ mark and the Bitcoin is still rising. Look at the support of the people to bitcoin, it was just amazing. And me, seeing bitcoin reaching 4,000$ was truely amazing. And I'm not going to complain about the price falling because as we all know, bitcoin is not stable, I mean the price is unpredictable, right? And don't be afraid guys, the support of people on bitcoin was truely amazing, there's nothing to worry about bitcoin falling again, it's normal.

People have to buy up the coin to get the forked coins though so after this fork comes another and another until coinmarketcap page is full of forked coins.  Forks of this type could be the killer app or the next ICOs.

Sure it will fall below 5k with 99% surest probability. Now is the right time for everyone to dump their free BTG coins into bitcoin and then again right move is to get into other good altcoin players which they like. I just don't see that happening. I know there was the Bitcoin Gold hardfork that took some value out but a lot of people are just going to sell their BTG back for more Bitcoin. Also people are gearing up for another round of that I think.

Right now the trading price is trading near $5700 levels and i cant see it trading near $4000 levels as there is no selling pressure seen anywhere near current market price. But we cant say that it is impossible to reach there, infact now it's been  a good green candle from past few weeks and now it's the right time to go for pullback. So if you see the bitcoin trading near $4000 levels then just buy and hold it for the target's of $6000 to $8000 price levels and if you are a day trader then you can short few positions if you see any possible selling indication at the top of the resistance zone.

No, i don't believe of what you say about the price of bitcoin falls down to $ 4000. Because thats gonna be a huge decreasing of price. My expection of price after the 2x fork well down to 5,000 USD its a very low price and after that its good start to trade your coin in a good value.

Contrary to the thread title above , bitcoin is on the rise and it is tipping at near 6k dollars again. Another fork is being anticipated so the fluctuation of price is evident.

Bitcoin will not fall till 4000$, there was some problems with course because of bitcoin gold fork, but now course is more or less stable, just need wait some time till bitcoin will grow up again and we will can start sell bitcoins.

If you look at the price now you will see that it’s very close to 6000$ again. Recent correction and not dump like some call it was caused by Bitcoin gold fork so I would say this was a normal market reaction. It could happen that similar occur again close to November 1st and before the fork that going to happen later in November. But I don’t expect for price to come as low as 4000$ and as you can see there is no panic selling urge so market is not saturated with multiple selling offers and futher price fall is not expected at the moment.

We do not need to worry about the falling price of bitcoin because the price will rise again. This happen becaise traders are want to take profit, its also our chance to buy bitcoin in lower price.

In my opinion, most investors have tried and tested the support of bitcoin's price at around $5,400 level. We can see heavy buying and high demand of bitcoin in the market now and maybe within the next few hours, we might witness the price to breach $6,000 to $6,300 again. Probably, there will be rise and fall of price within the next few weeks because of the upcoming hard fork but this is all part of the process and cycle in the market. Let us all hope for the best and start the new year 2018 with $10,000 price of bitcoin.

I dont think so if bitcoin will go back to that price again but if that would happen then million of people will be very happy for that news i billieve bitcoin will goes to 5000$ only and then go back to pump again

Asking this type of question shows that you are emotionally weak as every fall and every rise are not meant for trading or investing they might be just a small fluctuations in the chart. But you dont worry as this decline is small and weaker one than previous one and i am not expecting it to reach near $4000 for any reason. So if it comes to near to support level then it would be a good entry for long positions and then just take the entry and hold it for getting good profits. I am expecting a bounce to $10,000 level in coming months soon.

There are different factors which are responsible for pumping or dumping the prices of bit coin as I am also not sure to say something about the downfall of the price up to 4000$ because there are a lot of fluctuations so I am very positive and hopeful that the price of bit coin will rise and rise.

There is still volatility in the price of bitcoin but I think it is not a matter of panic. We should not be panic and worry about the price. If it is about 4000 dollars, no problem. After some time it will rise again and will reach more than 5000 dollars till the end of this year. As it was fallen to 2900 dollars some time ago, but soon regain its price. We should wait and see the price going up more and more.

What's really to panic if it's price is still too high compare for the past years. Bitcoin is a currency that has volatile in price where it sometimes go up and down but as far as I believe on it, it will surely go up once again and reach 6000 usd before the year ends due to its popularity going up since it has been in news currently on TV here in Philippines.

It definitely won't. Bitcoin's value is continuously increasing and at this moment it is already priced at 6000$ and still being more expensive. We may expect for more since there's an incoming hardfork and its succession will be a huge factor for its value. Still, dumps are expected but surely, it won't be that big as the recent one .

I dont know why people keeps on panic everytime they see bitcoin price going down.  These people has weak hands,  what goes up must come down.  And besides when bitcoin price gies down it serves as an oppurtunity to everyone to buy bitcoin at lower price.

Bitcoin will not fall below  $5000 for the remaining days of this year and we are to even get bullish any moment from now. Bitcoin make a very serious pump after the attacked again it by some notable political office holders and Jamie Dimon the president of JP Morgan and we have since progress in the face of that attack. I think  $4000 is below were bitcoin can come to during the bearish market.
