Title: Serious concerns regarding UTRUST ICO.
Post by: CryptoBriefing on October 26, 2017, 08:39:14 PM
We have discovered major trust issues with the UTRUST ICO - which do not appear to have been covered by any of the Bitcoin press (where UTRUST is advertising, heavily).

As well as a virtually untraceable CEO who has claimed a legal background - and who then, in an interview, admitted he only went to law school - we have almost no blockchain or global payment experience in the team. In fact, they all work for the same web design firm. And they want to raise $49M to challenge PayPal?

The CEO also described his other business to me in this interview - which turns out to be a Shopify website with no products.

We hope that you'll take a look at this and share it if you consider the information to be useful.

A few days until this is released i have been noticed that there are a lot of issues regarding to uTrust, you all should understand that there is no perfect project and most of them are 1000 issues well maked up to show a pretty face without any issues. I have never trusted in this ico because it was a little bit shady from the beggining.
Anyway, their tokens are upto five dollars each, i dont know how much is their total supply, but they are pretty expensive.

This is not the first flow, where ICO Utrust is attacked, and without much motivation. But in fact, with a strong desire, it was possible to gather reasons to distrust this project and more, given that it has been held for a long time and should soon end. Because of all the shortcomings of this project, only the lack of proper experience of some employees in the jurisprudence is indicated, then this project is not so bad.

The CEO is untraceable?
Fake personal credentials meaning a ghost CEO? :-[

I wouldn't want to invest in a company who is called "Utrust"<?> if they can not even show the truth in who they put up as the face of their own company. ::)

I agree, with enough funds raised they will be even able to hire blockchain specialists and programmers. Also the idea itself seems solid enough that people want to support this project for such platform to be developed. Their media persence and marketing campaigns are also very solid, so I doubt they are a basic scam. And when it comes to not delivering a paypal competition, as I've said with these milions raised they can easily build a new team. You know, with such news no one can't be sure if potential investors should really be careful or there are just people that for some reason want a project to fail. I have seen many other "paypal-like" ICOs that are scheduled for next months, so maybe bad marketing is a way of fighting with competition.

This information is detrimental to the project, when tomorrow 2/11 its campaign will end. And I'm participating in this campaign, I hope it's not as bad as the information just seen here.

These guys are going to kick-ass Paypal is old and struggling to keep up with the times -
If this hits crital mass I can easily see a friendly takeover of the space - I don't know shit about the CEO I just love the idea nad who cares, if we don't have a competent CEO at the top - fire his ass.
On another note - all people who are looking to invest in the many other _ paypal/Utrust like ICOs coming up are going to HATEEEEE this project. Becuase we are first and have the advantage so haterz gunna hate - you don't think every company in existance had doubters from the start. Rwally these people just had alternative motives.
End Rant
Go UTrust!
Fuck the haterz
