Do u think bitcoin in 2018 will be $ 15K?

What is your idea guys?

Based on what you can predict it that much ?
In my view at best we should see it around $10.000 but more likely it will not happen because i think in 2018 it will be the time for Bitcoin and altcoin to stabilize.
In the past two years we can see the price for Bitcoin and altcoin pumped dramatically,
It can be happen because of the events and pressure by the whales a year ago before the pump.
Usually the whales will press the price to the bottom to accumulate it and afterward pushing it to the top.
Also to prevent people overhyping it and keep it alive

Certainly possible but not before a major correction has occured after the current peak. As the value of BTC has risen from $850-900 to around $6000 this year, many investors/traders will seize the oppertunity to cash out their profits. Also, I assume we'll see a large inflow of funds into alts before Bitcoin initiates the next rally. IF we'll see $15K in 2018, I suspect it'll be towards the end of that year.

So its gonna be like x3 with the current price right? Do you think its achievable?

I can only speculate that it can reach as high as $10000 in 2018. Although I'm very bullish about the market, we can't ignore that there are bumps along the way and some negative news that will really affect the price of bitcoin. So I'm putting a safe prediction on $10000. Its really hard to see what is going to happen in the future. We can only speculate, but sometimes our speculation will be correct or not. So just to be safe and don't expect anything higher, I think it will not be 15K but more or less around $10K, but that is a good price already at the end of 2018, IHMO.

If the price of bitcoin will hit $7500 to $10k before end of this year there are possibility that bitcoin can hit and touch to $15k but for i predict the bitcoin could be hit around $6500 to $7500 before end of this year .. this is my own prediction but much more possibility that the price of bitcoin could be hit before and  after november 16 and nearly christmas.
I was just relaying what happen in the movement of the price years ago and i think it will be still the same as this year..

Now we are almost in the $6000 and if it did not rise much more than that I blame the drama of segwit2x and china, but we overcome the drama of segwit2x we will have the way open to reach much more than  $15000. So do not worry we'll get to $15000.

Remember, months ago some analysts predicted that by the end of this year we would reach $6000, I hate to admit that they were right and now many analysts predict that the price will be much more than $15000 next year.

There is a possibility of more forks coming our way too. In that case, there would be a lot more than just segwit2x to worry about. Each of those forks will create a bubble that bursts right after the new coin is introduced and it is very unhealthy for Bitcoin itself. I don't think we will hit 15k next year, but at the same time, I would have never predicted bitcoin to reach 6000 by the end of this year either. With that said, people can guess but we will never know what is true until the time comes.

the only fork that matters is segwit2x. everything else is a sideshow. the more forks there are the less fooled people are gonna be. there's only so many times the same trick can be pulled before everyone goes back to ignoring this stuff.

Of course, if there are good news after this new upcoming fork then we are probably going to see bitcoin over $7000 after all, but we need to wait, there is no hurry, and we are going to see bitcoin in bullish trend for much more time. Everybody will hype bitcoin in order to make the price grow before this fork, so i expect it to go at least to seven thousand dollars.
And by next year, yes, of course we are going to touch $15k, and there is no doubt about that.

Yeah, and this is one of the factor that bitcoin price is gradually rising even if there's a price correction. You will notice that the price is seemingly rising due to some random events that is happening outside of bitcoin. And i wonder if it will going to hit $15K on 2018, but probably i'm thinking it will maybe at almost the end of the year or maybe at 2019. I wonder how many Segwit2x will occur after this year because it's a great price changer of bitcoin.

We can not speculate about the price because 2017 has not even finished yet, but of course that it can reach that price by next year, bitcoin rised a lot during this year, and probably the same will happen on the next one, i still have a little hope about seeing bitcoin over $15k or $20k on 2018 or in 2019, i am not in a hurry to see bitcoin at those levels, but we all would love to see it happening, no matter what.
It has that potential, but only that it can happen without any fud.

if it wilk continue to uncreasw without a major dump then posiibility that it can really inxrease up to that amount or greater but never expect too much just go with the flow.

No need too greedy, to me, $ 10,000 is a good value for bitcoin in 2018. However, I still always bitcoin more development. Because bitcoin is like my hopes for finance and work.

I don't think that 15000$ is achivable in the next year. The altcoins market is going through a bad period but the I think we will see a bump in the altcoin market within 3-4 months. And when the investor will see a good opportunity in the altcoin they will invest there more than they do in btc . And there is a hard fork segwit2x is scheduled in the next month. We have to wait for that , before predicting the bitcoin value.

Yes,i think it will reach $ 15K by the end of 2018 if it continues to rise at this rate.I also saw some researches which says it will reach $ 19K by december 2018.They calculated this by growth percentage of bitcoin.Everyone will be happy if that reaches this value.Some people says that it is not achieveable but i don't think like that because in 2015 the value of BTC is $300 but today the value is $6000 20 times growth in two years.So it is possible to reach 3 times in one year.

I dont think we can reach 15k on year 2018. But possible we can reach $10k-12$ next year, as long there is continues support and demand bitcoin will continue to rise.

No one can tell what the price of bitcoin will be next year. I was very wary of fork segwit2x. This can significantly reduce the price of bitcoin. We will get two coins one of which will be more suited for trade and cheap transactions. This is a serious competitor. It is possible that the high price of bitcoin this month is a harbinger of the fact that after this fork the price will fall.

Yes possible. By first quarter of 2018 itself, bitcoin prices may test $15k levels as I am strongly foresse the possibilities for $10k to $12k by end of this year or first week of 2018. When bitcoin will be having value in 5 digits in 2017 then 6 digits also possible in 2018. Yes, trust me. We cannot speculate how much promotions and attentions those 5 digit figure will be bringing into bitcoin eco-world.

I was speculating like, if $1000 was possible by end of 2016 then $10k will be possible by end of 2017.
Similarly if $10k will be possible by end of 2017 then $100k also possible by end of 2018. All these are based on the case of no major negative news within bitcoin environments.

There is a probability of bitcoin reaching 15,000$ but it is too high of a target for now, bitcoin has been touching all time highs many times already and it will probably not move upwards that much by next year. Still, it is not impossible for it to go to the speculated price if adoption rate increase continues as is until 2018. If not, the chance of it reaching 15,000$ will lessen. The most realistic target that bitcoin price will reach next year is at least 7000$ because bitcoin probably will have some insane pump and dump movements by that time that will cause bitcoin to not grow that much.

It is possible theoretically. At the beginning of this year the price was about $1000 and today 10 months later it's at $5500 about, so why not. But it needs to be based on somethings. As for now there is no sign that could give a strong idea that the price will be over $15k. But with Bitcoin everything is possible lol, so fingers crossed

Why not? There's a possibility and chance that it will be reached but there's no assurance that we will be seeing that on 2018. I'm into optimistic predictions with proper justification but if we are just going to predict by giving numbers of it's potential price or do guess, well let it be. I want to see bitcoin price on 2018 hitting $15,000 soon and if this happens, I will now going to start to have some heads up with $500,000 for the next 3 years.

Based on the year end growth as well the ongoing year's first quarter period growth can conclude whether the price will reach $15000 or not.

In the beginning of 2017, the prices were hovering at around $1,000 per coin. And we have reached $6,000 per coin as of now and still more than two months are remaining. I expect the prices to reach $10,000 per coin by the end of this year. And by mid-2018, we may be able to attain $15K per coin.

This is possible since bitcoin value appreciation is very unpredictable anything can happen. This year marks a great year for bitcoin its value doubled and the market grows rapidly which can be a reason for bitcoin to possibly hit $15000 by next year. I think in 2018 , bitcoin is going to skyrocket and its price may cross $20,000 this time last year we could not speculate if price will get to $2000 but today we are seeing how many progress we have made in the mix of different attack against bitcoin and cryptoindustry. i think it is possible for bitcoin to increase until $15k and even more because we can see this year, bitcoin price is increase too high and now i think the price will increase again. we have seen this year, the price is getting up significant and i am sure that there is many people is join into bitcoin and this makes bitcoin become more famous. but unfortunately, if the price is increase, there will be decrease for the price and it is our time to buy bitcoin again with cheap price.

I do not know where you get the source of this, but I also do not know whether this will happen or not. because we need to look at some things that bitcoin must accomplish to be a $ 15k price. many possibilities can happen, even 2018 could be a year like the year 2014 ago that gives a decrease in bitcoin prices. but we'll see later, maybe the end of this year bitcoin can reach $ 7000.

For ms the price of bitcoin in the year of 2018 is possible 10k dollars and 15k dollars is possible in the year of 2019. Thats only I think because once bitcoin reach 10k dollars its very hard to increase fast because for sure once reach 10k dollars many people sell their bitcoin so the price decrease and other people bug again so it will increase again . So bitcoin needs more time to reach that.

Yes of course, we are so near to 15 thousand dollars right now, just think about that bitcoin did more than 5x this year, from $700 to more than $5400 in just a few months. If bitcoin does the same during next year, then the price will be more than 27 thousand dollars, obviously that this is not going to happen because it would be huge and everybody will be scared about the future of bitcoin.

$15k is my minimum prediction for 2018. I'd be absolutely shocked if it doesn't hit $15k next year. I think there is a good chance of hitting $20k next year. Hitting $25k would be less surprising than <$15k.

Well the $15k bitcoin price is almost triple of the current price and I think it is possible to happen before the end of 2018 because the increasing price of bitcoin is not that fast to happen in early 2018. There will be a lot of things to happen in the price of bitcoin before it will reach to $15k.

The possibility to reach the $15k mark is achievable by the end of 2018. The issues regarding the local and international ICO and exchanges must need to settle down and no major hindrance will exist to derail the popularity of bitcoin this coming year. We will see more new bitcoin players will emerge this coming 2018 that will boost the demand of bitcoin.

A $15000 bitcoin price prediction for next year might be possible if the current trend of hitting a new high continues. Some people even predicted $10000 for bitcoin for end 2017. Nope.. not yet I guess, I don't think it will happen in 2018. And in my opinion, in the year 2018 bitcoin price will not staying far above $6000 and it still can't reach $15k it's too high I guess. start of this year when the price was still below $1000 my speculation was price of $2000+ by the end of this year but I never knew about Japan and their mass adoption, the SegWit and the end of 3 year long scaling debate and lots of smaller but still effective good news about bitcoin.

if nothing good happens to bitcoin in next year price will be above $12,000 with natural growth which is the smallest amount of rise that bitcoin can have in such time frame.
of course a lot more adoption will happen in the future and because of it this price rise will be a lot more than a tiny 2x rise. so $15k is an easy target to achieve.

It seems to be too large. We can expect from $7.5  to $8.5 growth in 2018. Hardfork if coming up in November. There would be dips and hikes during the fork. Once it's over, the prIce would start growing. Hope it does not go below $6000

Bitcoin has 50% chance to reach $15K by the end quarter of 2018, if bitcoin still on track without any bad news such as a big country ban bitcoin, mining activities or an exchange get hacked. Consider bitcoin usability, development, acceptance in many countries will encourage people to adopt bitcoin whether as object of investment or digital currency for daily basis transactions. The price of bitcoin by 2018 is still unpredictable but I don't think its price will jump from 5800 USD to 15k. If we base on the history chart of bitcoin, we can easily observe that the price of bitcoin in contrast to its price in 2010 dramatically increased in the years 2014 and 2017. It took 4 years for it to rise. Given that there are only two months left, the probability of its price is to increase up to 15k USD is very low and extremely impossible.

It is so hard to predict the price but it is worth noting that bitcoin did 5-6x its value so far this year so a 2.5x in value isn't impossible in the next year. Of course this year could be a freak year and was definitely buffed by things such as the increase in difficulty.

I wish it will come to that value for real but i think that speculation will be too much for next year but maybe $10,000 will be possible. As you can see the more bitcoin become expensive it will be the more for some investors difficult to purchase as some cannot afford that value anymore to start for investment. They might shift to altcoin in which much cheaper to start.

It is really hard to tell. I am only expecting a market value of 7500-8000$ next year, not to under estimate the development of Bitcoin in all aspects. I am not saying that it won't be able, but probably if it will be able to reach that amount, maybe it will happen on the last quarter of 2018 if nothing will happen that is not in favor with Bitcoin.

That's really a very high price to reach,but not impossible as bitcoin price has reached $5,770 today from just $650 within a year.
Even though the china threat is no more,still another hard fork is possibly awaiting in the very next month november when segwit 2x would be activated.
Its unlike BCC hard fork which had very low miner support,segwit 2x has almost 85% of miners support.
So,only if bitcoin survives after that hard fork,bitcoin price could be expected to go high.

There is a possibility that the price of bitcoin will rich $15k and it will result to a high income. In addition to that, some people say that it will happen but not in the year of 2018. However, I still believe that it would happen because it can the reason to gain much income and it will also help you to become rich.

How did you come up with the 50% chance? Surely there are certain given factors like increasing demand and interest. But how can you confidently say there's 50% chance for that to happen? $15.000 is doable but I'm not sure if it's probable and, more importandly, healthy and sustainable. I would be very happy to see $10.000 within the next year.

In my opinion, the fork is not just some trick to fool people, isn't it? The problem with fork this time is not just a tech problem. It's that people are also taking sides. That's how I understand. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

it's really hard to tell knowing that everyting is possible to happen. If there'll be no problems that will happen just like what happened between China, exchanges and ICO, it will somewhat be possible ofcourse. But stoll, backdrops should always be expected since bitcoin is Volatile so there will always be time that its value will fall. So yes, I still believe that it is possible.

Well $15k per bitcoin is quite large numbers but who knows, bitcoin is unpredictable it is tough for us to foresight on what will happen on bitcoin soon. However, in my speculation bitcoin could not make it maybe $10k is possible but $15k is too much. Anyway it's just my speculation it might never happen.

It's desirable and indeed $15K is possible value in 2018. I believe demand flow in bitcoin will double more than it does today. However, i predict it will only earn $10K.

What exactly will be bitcoin in 2018? The coin we have today, or the 2x fork?
And because I don't know what coin will be bitcoin in 2018, I really have a hard time estimating the price bitcoin will have next year.
Maybe we are even talking about the combined value of those two.

It would make me happy if 2018 gives us Bitcoin Core. The whole Segwit2X thing has been blown way out of proportion, and it looks like some of the people behind it are merely doing it for money and influence.

Bitcoin value reaching  $15,000 by 2018 is a possibility and it might not just happen at end, but one cannot completely say it not possible for no one know what tomorrow hold. Although we are all making an assumption may and may not come to fulfilment in time to come.

I think it is possible the price become 15k dlllars in the year of 2018 but I think if i give percentage its only 30 percent because once bitcoin reach 10k dollars its veey hard to increase fast the price because many people sell their bitcoin so it depends on the demand on the market if they have many buyers for sure the price will increase. It's possible, we never thought that the price of bitcoin will be reaching $6k for this year. Everyone was only considering that $1,000 is the floor price and this will be stable until the end of the year. And there are some predictions that this year will be another great year for bitcoin that will be having a new ATH of $1,500. Comparing it to those speculations, $15,000 on 2018 is very possible and it has a big chance to happen after these forks will be done.

15k $,damn that's too high, and it would be better if it remains in this level only, market crash would be even more tragic if it occurs, the inequality of income gap between the rich and the poor will also increase as rich people will get richer and richer and poor people poorer. But bitcoin is volatile, you can't predict also. Let things work how ever they wish, we can just support it.

Theres a small probability that is might go that high since chinese government are shutting down bitcoin exchanger and user there in their country.
Chinese miners play a lot of rule in the price of bitcoin and since they are being shutdown means that the bitcoin circulation will be less.

That dream is to far and maybe try to speculated more nearer since that price is to far to be happen, But if you have a millions of dollars to buy some then maybe we can see that happens, But if we just wait for year 2018 to come then I can say that 15k$ is impossible for bitcoins to reach for that price.

That is hard to predict since we all know that bitcoin is really unpredictable and I think $15k is too high to reach in 2018 but there is no impossible that it will happen by the end of 2018, but I think it is too early to think about the price of bitcoin by the end of 2018.

Yes I think bitcoin will reach this value in coming future and it will also be further more than this. Many people predicted that bitcoin will reach $6000 in 2018 but it has reached this milestone in 2017 this states that bitcoin is increasing very fast and till 2018 it will surely reach the value of 15000$.

Bitcoin is a big revolutions  inn today's world and no one can stop it as its  a peoples choice coin now. Most of the people after taking a loss in new altcoins are turning toward Bitcoin now and this will make bitcoin more valued.

The Chinese government has just shut down its exchanges, and that's basically it. People here have jumped into local trading alternatives to still buy and sell Bitcoin, but then obviously, without governmental interference.

And what gives you the impression that Chinese miners are being shut down? The recent regulations from China only affects its exchanges there, and not the miners ~ don't believe everything you read on the internet.

i think bitcoin will goes up to $10000 only in 2018 since the prediction for the price at year 2022 are at $25000 only so $10k per btc is much closer to happen. but there's still a possibility that the price can reach $15k if the demand of btc raised and also if they avoid panic selling.

Bitcoin being worth less than any one corporation is a joke. World is waking up to what this tech is about. What exactly will slow bitcoin down before it reaches 1 trillion market cap? 10 Trillion is likely fair value for what bitcoin means to the planet. That is 100 times the current price.

That's just one guy's prediction. And quite frankly that is an insanely low prediction! There is no way Bitcoin isn't way higher than $25k in 2019. It might even hit $25k in 2018. 2022 it will likely be over $100k. It might hit $10k in the next two or three months.

Actually, a lot of forecasts from specialists were heard and met not only at the forum but also in other Internet resources, but how real they will be able to determine only in the future.

I don't think it will be 15k $ in 2018. It chould go up in 2019, rather than 2018. Because 2018 will be full of rumors and regulationg effects.

That'll just be its natural growth. There are two major non-crypto exchanges that are going to be starting bitcoin future contracts in the next few months (one of them starts this month I think). That is the beginning of institutional investors getting on board. That alone will make bitcoin's price shoot up by tens of thousands of dollars in the next couple of years. Just look at the past few months. 3 months ago bitcoin was just about to break $3000 for the first time. Now it's at $6600 and looking like it could break $7000 in the next few days, and maybe pass $9000 (or even higher) by the end of the year. So I make these predictions because it seems very obvious that 2018 will be the start of bitcoin going up into the tens of thousands of dollars.

$15,000 for bitcoin is very possible to reach one day but I think next year is quite drastic to attain. Next year I see it hitting around $10,000 only. I think $15,000 will be hit this 2019. Bitcoin's price will continue to rise in the near future because for me bitcoin is unstoppable.

Guys, how realistic to expect such prices in the market? I think that if we talk about the fact that Bitcoin rose to the end of this year To 7000 dolorov, then this is the best option for today and quite real.
