Mycelium doesn't support a trully customizable fee selector. But you still can select a number of fees from 1 sat/byte up to +150 sat/byte, so it shouldn't don't be a problem. Just slide the fee selector to "Economic" or "Low Priority" and select a fee from the subcategory.

If your app is updated to the latest version you should see the fee slider with a subcategories just like what TryNinja have said although its strange that a priority miner fee gets confirmations after a few hours as it should just be minutes. I guess its because of the increasing loads of unconfirmed number of transaction in the mempool. The fee estimation is proportional on how busy the network is. Thats why its possible that after you executed your transaction the mempool got busier making the last fee estimation on mycelum's inaccurate. I recommend viewing the charts before sending https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions l https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx.

But since you can't edit the fees manually on mycelum's. The highest you can get is the last subcategory on priority miner fee (last on right)

That is why i  ask here because it takes hours before my transaction sent..
the only thing that i seen  after i check transaction TXID the fee is 165.096 sat/B
Its nearly a normal  or defaut fee according to bitcoinfees so in my own solution that i think can solve this  is to setup mycelium to manual  fee but there is no option for that   so updating it to new wallet is a good idea because    my wallet and transaction right now are fine and i got my transaction confirm in minutes compare before..
