Try to wait few more hours, some transaction confirmation can take a little bit longer, sometimes up to 24h and more (very rare but It's possible and yes I did happened before) Hopefully you will receive your btc by end of today. Normally you can estimate how long it's going to take by the amount that you sent. You could try the free services which speed it up if you haven't got a too low of a fee.
