How do they get away with it and investors still do open their wallets? Look at Tezos no promises whatsoever, its all "donations" to a Swiss fund and coins havent been distributed for more than 4 months. Is it even legal? Personally invested in Tezos. I know one person that in fact invested in Tezos. I heard too late about Tezos and I don't have Tokens. Higher risk comes with higher reward - each project is different. I know one ICO that did nothing wrong, and they are active with weekly updates and
still current price is below ICO and it's bleeding. Until there is no law legislations related to Inicisl Coin Offerring anything can happens and there will always be some scam project - even after law is in place. Too many ICO's have schemes of grandeur instead of being transparent and open with their investors.
