Man's biggest fear is creating Intelligent Robots that can oneday go rogue and take over the World or deliberately activate powerful Nuclear Bomb to blow up everything.

Only a Centralized elite's AI could go rogue In my opinion.
 A decentralized AI that somehow becomes self-aware wont dare do harm to itself because the whole of humanity is part of its shared memory.   By the way, the Shared memory will be open source, very Transparent, occasionally go through community "audits" and fixing.
A share system working together cannot harm itself unless done externally.

So, rather than worrying about rogue Robot, we should instead be worried about Rogue Elite groups creating Centralized Robots that are closed Source and Non-Transparent.

Gone through article.  Have seen lot more potentially dangerous concepts.

Post focuses on  Transparent, OpenSource and Decentralized Artificial Intelligence.

I think you don't understand the blockchain technology properly, Once the blockchain is on AI's drive it won't need the rest of us to function, Blockchain is the same data across all pc's not divided up data. So basically if it wanted to destroy us, it would. There will be no fail safe mechanism. As for machine learning and AI, that is something worth doing.
