You may check yourself at changelly.com if they support any of these coins.Or if you specifically looking for wallet to store your non ERC coins, then unfortunately there are no wallets. Every coin has its own wallet and your are advised to hold your coins in respective wallet that can support non ERC based coins. Maybe you are asking for decentralized exchange.There are lots of decentralized exchange out there. But most of them supports their own platforms coin. I would like to mention Waves Dex,Bitshare,Counterparty dex. 0x project is working on a decent decentralized exchange named radar relay. I hope it will be fully working on 2018.
