Hello,

Thank you for the positive feedback!
KStarCoin is an ERC20 based token. You can use ERC20 based wallets like MEW.
**Please do not use exchanges directly like Bittrexx, Coinbase, etc to send ETH.

"Hallyu Has Started a Global Leap Beyond Korea"

· K-Pop Market
Korea's K-Pop market is saturated, and the number of potential entertainers reaches 1 million, and the number of registered entertainment companies is over 2100. On average 10-15 new idols' debut every month, so it is very difficult to succeed within just Korea. As a result, entertainment in Korea is steadily seeking to enter the overseas markets, especially China, Southeast Asia, and South America. Due to diplomatic problems between South Korea and China, the expectations for the Southeast Asia and South American markets are higher and we are making efforts to advance into these markets. Despite the fact that most entertainment companies and newcomers are seeking to enter overseas markets, it is not easy for them due to lack of funds and global marketing channels.

· K-Drama & Movie
Broadcasting and film production companies have export targets for video content and production technologies and are actively involved in other businesses such as concerts, beauty, and fashion linked to visual content. In particular, Korean dramas are enjoying the popularity of K-Pop, and their subsidiary business is actively pursuing globalization. Although there are many video contents being produced and seeking to enter the overseas market, they are having difficulty in finding a country or global partner that can go beyond simply exporting video content and linking them with a subsidiary business.

· K-Beauty and Fashion Market
Korea's cosmetics and beauty market have overcome the domestic market saturation through entry into the Chinese market, but recently it has entered a period of stagnation due to diplomatic issues with China. As a result, many beauty and fashion companies in the global market are actively seeking new markets in Southeast Asia and North America. The biggest barriers to entry into the Southeast Asian market are that there are different payment systems in each country, no systematic logistics system, and no commerce site to integrate the entire Southeast Asian market. Recently, several Southeast Asian sites, such as LAZADA and Q10 are active, but they are also encountering various problems such as settlement issues and logistics costs. Until now, no one has been able to satisfy the desire of producers and consumers for an integrated commerce site that can directly sell Korean beauty and fashion products overseas.

Reasons Why K-Pop Groups are Emerging and How KSC is Going to Maximize It

Hello, today we are going to talk about Korea’s unique fandom culture and how they have made K-pop stars so popular all over the world. If you are not a K-pop fan, this may sound crazy and odd but I assure you it is also intriguing because this article explains how K-pop industry got so big universally.

For example, let’s take a “study case” of Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS). The group does not come from any Korea’s big entertainment company — the top three companies are SM, JYP and YG. They got big by the love and support of their fans; they enable them to perform in America’s Music Awards (AMAs), got on the Billboard chart, and so on. This kind of unique fan culture in Korea is not just for fans to reach their favorite artists, but for artists, their fans give tremendous power to them.

For each artists, their fans are everything. They are not just a “buyer” of their albums; they are much more than that. What kind of things do they do? Well, they give gifts, of course, sometimes it is big fancy gifts like bags, watches, clothes from luxury brands and they collect all the money from their fan communities to make your favorite artists feel happier, but this is just the beginning of it. Definitely, Korea’s fandom culture is not just giving gifts to their favorite ones.

It is more like sharing. Fans collect their money to send food truck to feed all the staff members who participated in making drama. It is for people who worked so hard for their artists, wishing that they produce great drama for their artists. This kind of sounds like helicopter mom wishing their children to be better at everything and I have to agree, it is a lot like that. (That is why sometimes their beloved fans also bring problems for them too.)

The most funny thing about K-pop fans to non-fans is that they try to promote their favorite idol bands to other people. It is because they wish them the best for them. One thing that is quite common in Korea is putting up a poster or an electronic display of their favorite artists on the subway wall on their birthday! It is to celebrate their birthday but it is just not only that. It is to make sure everyone to see it, making everyone to notice it and celebrate it together. It is common thing to do it. Not only just in subway, but on buses and a screen from movie theaters and big buildings where everybody can see them.

Now you kind of get the whole picture of it: Kpop fans just looooooooooove sharing them. But here is the problem. For international fans, they don’t have as many opportunities like domestic fans in Korea, so they get frustrated and this is the point where KSC comes in. KSC will be the medium, the bridge, the hub for international fans.

K-Fashion Influence to the World and KStarCoin Role in Future
https://medium.com/@KStarCoin/k-fashion-influence-to-the-world-and-kstarcoin-role-in-future-6fb543d8f870

Due to the popularity of K-pop and K-drama, K-fashion industry is also growing and you can see the fashion trends from all over the world is indeed coming from South Korea. You will realize how they came into our lives even though you don’t watch K-pop or K-drama.

Wearing a T-shirt underneath a dress, or wearing socks with sandals all came from Korea — or more specifically saying, it was popular in Korea first to cover up showing too much of your skin. Pastel colors are still trendy in summer; Koreans play with pastel colors with everything now. Major fashion companies are also presenting bright colorful pastel shoes, jackets and so on.

These fashion trends seem interesting but how these fashion trends got so popular world-widely? That would be the influence of the media. Through the internet and it is also how K-pop stars got popular all over the world. K-fashion industry is growing and people want to buy stuff from Korea. As you can see, luxury brands also want to collaborate with K-pop stars since obviously their popularity is just not end there; demands for K-fashion is skyrocketing. People wanna buy stuff from them. People wanna dress like K-pop and K-drama celebrities.

But it ain’t easy for everyone. There are popular online shopping malls but middle guys take all the benefits from distribution processes. Costs go crazy and even payment method is not easy for you.

The answer for this problem is applying blockchain platform which is way safer and easier to buy it. One of the reasons for the high price of K-beauty products is the complicated distribution process. Blockchain platform will be the mediator of distribution and the middle men will be gone. Therefore, the price for the distribution will go near to zero.

What about marketing costs for the online store? With KStarCoin blockchain platform, influencers of KStarLive will become our marketers. KStarLive currently has 8.4 milion users and they are not just into K-drama and K-pop, but also in Korean beauty and fashion too.

If the promises about the profits are out of this world you should just keep your money and invest elsewhere.

KStarCoin Project — Background Story

Our Story — Background
KStarCoin is KStarLive’s Cryptocurrency that will be integrated into KStarLive’s Hallyu Community. We started this project 9 months ago for a simple reason: Fair distribution of value.

Currently, fans of Hallyu are creating valuable, high quality content on SNS platforms that generate monetary value. However, all of the profit generated by the content is currently kept by the SNS platforms. Using blockchain technology, we will be able to accurately give back value to our users. Any activity that generates traffic (such as creating content, reading, sharing) will be rewarded in the form of our coin! Through our platform, we will distribute value in a logical and proper manner.

What is KStarLive?
Over the past two years, KStarLive acted as a media platform for fans of Hallyu all around the world. Our service focused non-Korean fans that had difficulty finding content or information in English and allowed foreign fans to exchange and engage in a manner that they have not been able to previously. Through our approach, in a period of two years, KStarLive was able to build a follower base of over 8.6 million users around the world.
