Title: MtGox still hasn't answered my claim... (had USD in account) Post by: Coaster on June 28, 2011, 05:23:47 PM So I sent a claim in as soon as they brought the page up, I submitted 2 tickets over 72 hours ago and haven't heard a single thing nor received a response from them yet.. It sucks because I had a decent amount of USD in there I wanted to trade with and now I can't do squat, and I don't even know if my money is still on the account of what.
If I don't hear anything soon I guess I have to assume its stolen and go through legal action since it's USD stolen and not BTC? Title: Re: MtGox still hasn't answered my claim... Many people have had their accounts restored without receiving a notification email.

As far as I'm concerned, MtGox Stole my money and their lack of response backs this up. While it's not a huge amount, it's significant enough that I am reporting them to Japanese governmental agencies and the IC3.gov |
