You should have read the two stickies at the top of this forum that mention stuck transactions, here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1914800.0) and here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1802212.0). That said, your transaction seems to be confirmed now.

you send it with good fee so if you just wait will see coins arrive 121.038 sat/B

Given tx id shows that transaction has been confirmed now. I hope we do not need any more discussion about in this thread. Please choose the default fees whenever you are sending the bitcoin from one wallet to another wallet. Some fees will makes the delay, if the network blocks stucked the transaction means we can use any transaction accelerator to accelerate the transaction.

They already sent their coins with much better fees (I have seen many people sending with not more than 40 sats/byte), they sent 121 sats/byte which is normal. Still, if problem like "transaction being stuck" arises, they can try ViaBTC's free tx accelerator to get it done more quickly.
https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ <= There you go.
If it doesn't work out (this website has a limit, so it shows "submissions are beyond limit", you can always check out bL4nkcode (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=765632), he provides acceleration services through AntPool, the best guy around if we are stuck.

@OP, it's normal that sometimes transactions take longer than expected to confirm because miners have the choice to choose a specific set of transactions with their expected fees, so if you send your coins and your fee doesn't come in the slab, you need to wait for the next block or so.
