if the if the MH/s is too low block will not mine, if it is too high block will mine with high difficulty .

 Any new addnode addresses? The wallet is not syncing. I downloaded from your link in the OP and added the minegoldcoin,conf to the %appdata/minegoldgoin directory as I have done with many other coin wallets. When I run the wallet it does not sync at all. No Block Source Found 4 years and 8 weeks behind .
It looks like an interesting project and I was going to mine some. :-\
