Title: Deepbit payout address error
Post by: matt09 on June 28, 2011, 07:46:01 PM
I am in the UK and using britcoin to exchange the coins for GBP.
I just deposited 2 coins to the old expired address that was only valid for a deposit of coins a week ago having forgotten to change it.
From what I am reading it may be impossible to get these coins back, the transaction status is reading "Not yet redeemed"

Is there anyway at all of reclaiming these 2 coins from this expired address?

Thanks

Hey,

You should email support@britcoin.co.uk so that it can go through the proper channels... I get too many messages everywhere and forget about them otherwise. If you email that, then our team can properly answer you :)
