I dont have 12 world seed, can i somehow get it back or is it impossible?

But if you have your identifier and your password, you should be okay and be logged in on your account in no time. May I ask you though, are you logged in from another IP/computer that blockchain.info doesn't recognize? I am not sure if you can get it back since I don't personally have a blockchain.info wallet and all of my passwords are locked into a secure database that requires a password to unlock. Look into keepass to save all of your passwords, be careful and stay safe.

Once you've done that, you'll have to wait for fees (https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx) to drop 90% or more. Your address is filled with dust, at current fees you can't send anything. I also lost my btc wallet due to a hard drive failure, There wasn`t a lot of money in there, about 20$ Will it be cheaper to create a new wallet or try to fix the hard drive?
