Little confuse how to get this airdrop

It look more like an ico and a bonus, I went to website but not possible to register.

I'm eligible does this mean it's a legit project after all because they are implementing compliance since this kind of platform is against some countries policies, but let's see looks interesting but I want to see the team composition and if they are indeed experts in their respective fields

It most likely is a ICO and lucky draw prize project.

I do not understand what kind of reward for attracting referrals? in my personal account there are statistics on referrals, but nowhere is written how many coins for it are credited.
