What do you mean by crypto banking? it is not possible to join any of those projects because there is not even a bank for crypto, and banks are not associated with crypto, which means that you are not going to be able to launder your coins or just to declare that you earned them..
I dont understand your question at all, what are you looking for? if you mean that you are searching an ico project, then there are a lot of them who are offering some banks ideas, but most of them are not succesfull because we dont like the centralized things.

That is just the terminology they are using actually, it's a different bank because the usual bank does not accept bitcoin as they are only accepting legal tender. I don't know how exactly they are running their business but I have seen a lot of ICOs with similar purpose were successfully raise a good amount.

You are right sir. In the online currency system banking is not mandatory but wallet may be the best banking system in Bitcoin, altcoin. If government takes a positive plan, then it is possible.
