They said they will check it and it will take up to 72 hours. That was 192 hours ago.
Have you check your bet? They have provably fair system which sometimes(one time?) isn't(wasn't) provably fair.

can't understand your English very well but hoping that you will post more about your issue and what did the admin reply
luckygames had cheated on a player few months ago , so it seems that they can cheat on some players
but lately I saw a lot of good reviews about it so it made me think that the site worth another shot , anyways hope to hear back from you
cause if it's another provably fair error then lucky games should be dead

According to OP he was playing over 52, rolled number 74 and he lost bet(second screenshot).
I've tried to search his bet but i only got error message:

oops, page not found.
The page you are looking for does not exist; it may have been moved, or removed altogether.

This is bet from his first screenshot: https://luckygames.io/bet/7053617542/
OP do you have screenshot of that bet, number which has been showed to you and number from provably fair checker?

like he got the results on the screen with number 74 but still he lost money ?? if so that doesn't make sense at all
I thought that he wagered an amount and lost but when trying to verify the verification didn't go through  , that would make more sense
if that happened with me , wagering over 52 , getting 74 and losing I would instantly screenshot the screen before even trying to verify cause that doesn't make sense

In one of the screenshots, you can see your bets.  And they are in BTC, not Steem.  I've had two issues with this site.  one was my fault and the other seemed like a glitch.  But they fixed everything within a 1/2 hour.  And if you found a bug in their system and report it, they will pay you in BTC.  I am sure this site is legit!  Remember in the end, the house always wins.  And I am sure there are a lot of people trying to hack or scam the site in any way they can.  I couldn't find the game you took a screenshot of.  72 Hours seems reasonable to make sure they are not being scammed or taken advantage of when their system went down.
