Have you check your bet? They have provably fair system which sometimes(one time?) isn't(wasn't) provably fair. I've had two issues with this site. one was my fault and the other seemed like a glitch. But they fixed everything within a 1/2 hour. And if you found a bug in their system and report it, they will pay you in BTC. I am sure this site is legit! Remember in the end, the house always wins. And I am sure there are a lot of people trying to hack or scam the site in any way they can. I couldn't find the game you took a screenshot of. 72 Hours seems reasonable to make sure they are not being scammed or taken advantage of when their system went down.
