Just starting to build my RIG with 5x RX 580, i want to ask if ethOS is good to mine Ethereum, it costs USD 39 to download, is this price fair? Or which mining pool would you recommend me? Title: Re: ETH Mining Post by: Cereberus on November 14, 2017, 07:24:49 PM ethOS is good for Ethereum mining but why pay 39 USD to download it when Windows 10 Pro with latest updates and Claymore Ethereum miner together with Nicehash or Winminer if you want to do the less configuring possible comes free with your PC or you can buy a Windows sticker for 6 USD on ebay.
Personally I wouldn't pay 39 USD for a specific mining OS but in google reviews almost all of them are positive for ethOS.
