Post by: OmegaStarScream on November 15, 2017, 10:19:34 AM Why would you use an exchange with only 1500+ transactions? There are plenty of alternatives out there. The problem they are talking is the slower confirmation times I believe but this shouldn't be their problem, they could at least pay decent fees and give the users the TXID, or maybe they just don't want to pay the high fees as they will be at loss. With that being sad, I'm going to assume that the payment methods used on the site are reversible. If that's the case, you could ask for chargeback from your credit card company or whatever method you've used.
