The requirement on the docs is somewhat against bitcointalk rules. They might banned me for posting a reply using that word. I hope this will be a fair airdrop. Coz lately i saw a lot of spreadsheet using someone else details. Like mine. They are using my telegram/twitter user name. There are a lot of scam post claiming they have airdrop but actually they just getting your details. Be careful guys.

It amazes me how to even get a coin offering setup like this for an also-ran Bitcoin

But looking at their site... the logo looks really nice and clean. And it's not cheap
looking so they've put some skin in the game to get this up and going.

I guess the new fad is to launch off the famous brand's name to attract users and
then maybe they can rebrand if the coin take re-world usage by a community.

dev's are not having to have update for this project feel sad about it

There are updates coming, we have some awesome announcements in terms of our vision, coming very soon!  Our efforts have been focused on finishing the airdrop distribution over the past week, however we're almost done!

What's the plan to get listed on CE?

Exchanges are being considered, but we want to focus on creating a cruelly new type of Crypto Currency that has value before we start listing on lots of exchanges.  We are planning an announcement in a few days with the direction Bitcoin Prime is going to take. 

Believe me, it will be something completely new to the crypto world :)

I want to also mention that we have plans to stay around long term unlike most of the tokens offered here, we will also be considering a re-brand within the coming weeks and months, due to the huge changes we will be implementing!

I'm not arguing about the legitemacy of this project at all, but what you just said could mean that you've been banned from their telegram group so that's why you see that the group no longer exists. Just my 2 cents.

Yep, they banned me too  ::) I was supporting BTCP from day one, so if that's the way how they treat the community members I can say NO THNX to this project. I think it's dead anyway.

They ban everyone because this is scam. There is no white paper, team is unknown. Just avoid scammers.

Another proof showing that dev don't have a clue what they doing. My kids have a much better knowledge in crypto than scammers like BTCP developers.

If this is scam, its ok. Many crypto that are being airdrop were mark as scam by many here. And see what happen to some of it. Besides, there's no loss to all of us because this is an airdrop. Just hodl and wait what will happen to this coin.

It's just another dead junk ethereum token, there are millions of them by now.  Only invest in solid projects, most everything else is a scam.

is this project abandoned? and I see in ED market price there is no movement at all and very cheap.

Here's a quick update for those not following us on twitter/telegram. 

We are rebranding this project to ALPHA.  Token swap will take place during the month of February along with a new ann thread.  More details on how to swap your tokens will be provided when the swap is live.

We apologize for the lack of communication on our part during the last month.  Details were being sorted out and we were programming the Alpha token.  Please stay tuned for more updates.

Option 1 - Snapshot of all addresses with btcp, all addresses will receive an airdrop of the new token.
Option 2 - Users send their btcp to an address and Alpha tokens are sent to them at the rate.

There is a snapshot taking place on February 22nd.  In order to receive your Alpha, you must have tokens removed from any exchanges.  BTCP must be in an ethereum wallet.

Alpha will be airdropped to all btcp token holders.
