In addition to blocksize, also free to discuss how you feel about Segwit and any other changes you wanna see done to IXC with the coming hardfork.  We aim to offer the most optimal solution for users and merchants alike.

Cheers!

8MB! Bitcoincash as a great team and they've been searching for the perfect Recipe for a better coin and the future. Why do not follow this?

Hope you agree.

I follow from all sides, brother.

Dr. Wright wanted at least 32MB, MINIMUM, but he had to settle for 8MB.

Upgrading to the latest Bitcoin core is all that needs to be done for now.

So stay at 1MB?

I think it’s time we come out of the shadows and actually do something different and add some value. It’s clear the massive fees on BTC aren’t gonna work.

The dev team discussed the 1GB option and we couldn’t agree for a number of reasons.

I think something like the 64MB option would satisfy even the most optimistic near to mid-term txs volume expectations.

At 64MB you get 1000 to 2000 [optimally using Segwit] or a million or so transactions per block - that is around the number you need to make microtransactions viable - assume 1/10 cent per transaction as the fee for low priority transactions.
