I read now so many ICOs that are claiming to be the first to be legal. But I think this is a mix up. ICOs are neither legal nor illegal at best. It cannot be legal is there currently exists no law or organization that governs it. The best they can hope for is to NOT break any laws.

Anyway, my opinion is that the info on this project sounds a bit too vague to me. Thankfully, though, they did not label their tech document a whitepaper. I think there are too many whitepapers floating around with no basis, just confusing jargon.

We do not guarantee that our token will cost exactly 0,1 ETH and it may vary after JN token will get to the crypto-exchanges. The cost of Jus Naturale token will grow together with the ecosystem, like bitcoin, but we have a significant advantage - our token will be backed by real company. Token price is based not only on the number of ecosystem users, but also on the real company and its projects - both offline and online. Token owners are  co-owners not only of Jus Naturale platform but also co-owners of all Jus Naturale projects, which together with the growth of the ecosystem will rise token cost.
