Honestly, you need to ask Bitfinex. They don't have a customer support contact channel?

Most exchanges allow you to keep a balance in fiat so you can trade in an out as you want to or build up "cash" on the sidelines to buy in at the right moment. Kraken and Coinbase both offer this option.

What do you mean by SELL? Sell it to became USD and will stay it on your account to make future trades or you want to "WITHDRAW" it directly into physical cash?

If just selling it then you just have to execute your SELL orders.

If withdrawing to real money then I suggest to refer to there withdrawal page. But I doubt they have your preferred withdrawal method so I suggest to do withdrawals at exchanges that have lots of cashout options or you may refer too at your local exchangers available in your country.

Yes, I mean I want to sell bitcoin to became USD and will stay it in my account to make future trades. But it seems Bitfinnex doesn't have this option.

Is your question about buying and selling bitcoins for national banknotes? If you want to change into your own country's paper money, it is very simple, find a bitcoin miner group in your country, let the miners help you change, as long as the price is reasonable, miners will immediately transfer to you. ;)

thanks tutorroma. Sorry, I don't mean to change to national banknotes. I mean within Bitfinex web site, how can I use bitcoin to change to fiat and keep the fiat in Bitfinex, then wait for bitcoin goes low and buy Bitcoin again.

Why can't you sell for USD in Bitfinex? They've just reenabled real USD.

You can't get verified? I was under the impression you could move in and out of USD with low or no verification but wouldn't be able to withdraw it but I might be completely wrong.

If you're American then you shouldn't be going anywhere near it in case they freeze you.

Yes you can sell, if you can't then you may want to consider signing up on other exchanges and use them to your specification, bittrex and poloniex is are probably the alternative that you can use. Nonetheless, it's risky to leave funds at an exchange but thats on you.
