L'affaire Snowden has provided a glorious field day for all those "surrender monkey Commie pinko crypto-Marxist long-haired G8-loathing eco-friendly global-warming anti-free market anti-capitalist anti-McDonald's (anti-stereotype)" anti-Americans who just love to hate the "Land of the Free."

It's surprising how many of them there are these days.

It is related in the sense, that Snowden has shown  the public of massive wiretapping which is in clear violation of the constitution, and a clear indication to sensor the freedom of the press, not only in the US but the wiretapping was done at an international level, clearly in violation of many international laws.

This shows that the feature of Bitcoin that provides pseudo-anonymous capabilities it is essential for its survival from repressive governments, we should never accept to change the Bitcoin from its original design, Satoshi was a very smart person, and we should only improve Bitcoin base on the original concepts, never change that.

If Bitcoin was centralized it would have been dead already.
If Bitcoin was not pseudo-anonymous it would be dying by now.
