Low price, check, zero feedback, check, won't accept escrow, check. Email from seller: Sorry I don't use clearcoin or similar services. This is because on another bidding site I sold my old phone with clearcoin and when the phone arrived at the buyer's house (I know because of the shipping tracking number) he didn't release the bitcoins from clearcoin. He never got back to me and never paid me. If it eases your worries I will email the shipping tracking number the instant I receive payment and put the Xoom into the mail.
