This announcement has been published for a few days: "BTS is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the BTS team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling." What kind of issues? But usually for a few days. BTS quite a while already hanging. I think this is for security.

Unfortunately, in most cases like this, poloniex doesn't share or clarify the exact problem but instead, they just put up a vague message ::). According to bitshares they did try to reach out on poloniex but they didn't respond. One of the scenarios you can do here is make sure most of your deposits are on for withdrawal just to make sure sir.
