im about - what a real price may be in 2022 for 1 BTC?
i know- many talk about that but...

how many money today in World economic and how many peoples can choise BTC in future, for example to 2020-22 year?

I could predict 80k

but what is this a value?

End of the year - $10,000.
Q2 2018 - $20,000.
End of the 2018 - $30,000.

I wouldn't be surprised if it reached $100k by then.

1 million dollars is not possible for 1 btc. I think 100 thousand dollars is possible due to its increasing trend and volatility.

One day in the distant future maybe. I see a few large corrections in the meantime though...

I guess 100 thousand dollars is possible because of the scarcity of bitcoin. The current market holds half of bitcoin is pre miners and big capital.

You have to actually think about this for a second, One Million Dollars, that's a lot of money. Do you think that there's going to be enough money to support 1M for each coin if there's going to be what, 24m coins that are in circulation? No, there's absolutetly no chance that that's possible at all. The market Cap for Bitcoin at that point would have to be insane.

Now as much as I'd like to live in a fantasy land, that's not how the world works. We're at an insane height right now, who knows how long we can sustain this though.

You should compute first on how much the market cap of bitcoin should reach before telling it or thinking that it will be worth.

The current marketcap of bitcoin is $161 Billion and with a price of $9,600 per bitcoin so if you could do the math for the current supply in the market.

Just do the math.


No one will know on how much will be the real price on 2022.

I can't understand this question, with the world economy you are talking about the market cap? well if that is so, that can be unlimited.

In January 2014 it was about $1000, and about four years later it's about ten times higher at nearly $10000. Maybe in another four years it will go up another ten times to $100000, and within ten years go to $1 million.

I think it's possible within ten years.

Considering that there will most likely be some price corrections for Bitcoin over the next few years, I would predict a more modest growth at about an average of a doubling of the price each year. Even with that modest approach, the price by the end of the year 2022 could be over $300,000 but this is still a nonlinear growth. It the price growth was linear, it could be $60,000 by 2022. In reality it will probably be somewhere between those.

Actually this year at January the price was also $1,000 and the phasing was very quick and I never imagined that bitcoin can be that high. These patterns are possible to be seen but we don't have an exact year on when it will happen. If the demand of bitcoin gets higher and higher and people will take bitcoin seriously as a good coin and investment, the price will be go up to the moon.

Every single one of these price prediction threads have underestimated what actually happens.  That is my observation over the last four years, and especially now;' what we are witnessing is an event of Adaptation, and we are the early adapters, (or is that adopters?) if you have any BTC that is...

I am going out on a limb, and will predict the same growth that John Mcafee bet his private parts on!

I say $100K/BTC or BCH (whichever,,,whatever,,,I own and HODL both) within 18 months.

Buy and HODL and in five years we are frigging rich!!!

Even 100 thousand dollars are a little bit unrealistic for bitcoin, it is not because i am a pesimit, and i am not even trying to spread fear or fud on the forum, but ten thousand dollars are just like a teenager story.

I could accept to see it going upto fifty thousand dollars, because we are pretty close to that price, maybe if you look on the numbers, 10k is so far away from 50k, but we are on a x5 difference.

If the market attracts more people during 2018, we can easily touch more than 50k during the next year, but 100k are really difficult to achieve, and a lot of people would start to cash-out all their bitcoin earnings once that it touches 25 or 50 thousand dollars.

It is funny because we already broke that barrier, we are probably 10% over that price.


Maybe we can really be more than $30,000 during the next year, but who knows? Maybe it is going to touch a higher all time high and it can break the $50,000 wall.


But i dont want to make fake ilutions about it, i just think that it is possible because we are going to see a massive movement about bitcoin during the next year, but it does not means that we are going to be over 50k.

In order for the bitcoin price grew up in with such speed it must constantly invest huge amounts of money. It seems to me that this growth has an artificial origin. Someone wants to raise capital rich and then destroy bitcoin. This will be the biggest economic catastrophe. I don't even want to think about it.

I don't think so, or at least not to a significant degree. At this point we're experiencing what adoption by the regular people is doing with this market, and that's a positive development. Massive demand comes from all around the world, where the TV is full of Bitcoin coverage, talking about how it keeps smashing through new all time highs. The Asian market is definitely leading, but slowly but surely we're experiencing growth that comes from basically any place in the world. In easy terms, the growth isn't just focused in one part of the world. There is simply no way to walk past Bitcoin anymore and pretend that it doesn't exist -- things have changed a lot in quite a short period of time.
