Title: Charged an extra 66% on my transaction Post by: CryptoMania717 on November 27, 2017, 12:51:39 AM I'm new to electrum and just transferred my bitcoins over. As I don't have that much capital, every little bit matters. When sending over €30 (around 0.003 bitcoin) to an exchange, a total of €49.50 came out of my wallet. Whilst I know to many of you this volume of cash is not significant, the overall percentage is.
As for the fees, I just went with the standard option which surely cannot equate to this additional cost of €20. Apparently the 2FA comes at a price, which is fair enough, although I have been charged nowhere near this any other time I have used it. I was just wanting to know what has happened here and what can be done about it. Any comments will be appreciated greatly.
