Hi guys,
if you are holding OXY coins, you can earn oxy by voting fro OXY Elite,
if you are not holding OXY, you can buy some on livecoin.net and vote for OXY Elite to earn OXY coins.
Here is the brief guide for how to do this:
Introduction
The Oxy elite team consists of 102 delegates which are split into two groups: A and B. The Oxy Elite group is a well-coordinated initiative, which attempts to secure 102 forging positions of the possible 201. Each delegate from elite group, which, is actively forging is required to share 30% of all the Oxycoin they forge. 5% of the 30% goes to administration and operational costs involved with coordinating such an initiative this includes but not limited to: website hosting, advertising, support, communicating with Oxycoin development team, providing feedback and promoting Oxycoin (e.g. getting the Chinese market to invest benefiting us all at Oxycoin). The remaining 25% is distributed as rewards to the voters, because Oxy Elite group shares rewards from both group A and B forging, no other pool can match the pay-outs (e.g. you earn a stake from 102 delegates with only 51 votes).
Reasons to vote for Oxy elite:
•   No need to continually update votes as you vote for the Oxy elite A list once. E.g. if you vote  for 51 pools with 1 delegate, you would be required to continuously update your votes when a delegate falls out of the top 201, this costs you 1 Oxy each time you need to change your vote.
•   Receive weekly pay-outs from one transaction, i.e. no need for you to continually check if a delegate is truly paying you what they should be based on your 51 votes. Elite group is transparent and you would only need to check one amount received against total rewards distributed
•   Receive rewards from 102 delegates by only casting 51 votes
Purchasing Oxy Coin and joining the Oxy elite pool:
Step 1: create account at https://www.livecoin.net/ and verify your account
Step 2: Click on deposit at livecoin:
 

Step 3: Scroll to BTC and click on Deposit button: (obviously if you would like to deposit other coins follow same steps but replace BTC with what you wanting to send) 
Step 4: record the address specified to deposit to:
 

Step 5: Send BTC from you Bitcoin wallet
Step 6: Be patient it can take a few confirmations to complete transaction
Step 7: check your livecoin balance until the BTC you sent appears in your balance in livecoin:
 
Step 8: Once it appears go to Buy/Sell, Trading, search for oxy and click on OXY/BTC
 
Step 9: Fill in the price of oxy you would like to buy at and the amount of BTC you want to spend (You pay field). The “you get field” will auto fill. Click Buy OXY. Your order will now be placed and executed when someone sells OXY at the price you want.
 
Step 10: Create an Oxy Wallet at https://wallet.oxycoin.io/ (I suggest this step you do using a PC). Once you click on new account copy the passphrase as well as click save passphrase (keep this super safe write it in a book, save it in a password protected PDF etc). If someone gets this passphrase they can steal your OXY.
 
Step 11: Once your Oxy account logs in look at the top left hand corner for your wallet address.
 
Step 12: Go back to live coin and click on Balance again and search now for Oxy click on Withdraw, fill in the left hand side of the screen that shows. Use the Oxy address you copied from the previous step. TAKE NOTE MAKE SURE THIS ADDRESS IS CORRECT OR ELSE YOU SENDING IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Wait for the Oxy to reflect in your OXY wallet.
 
Step 13: Go back to your Oxy Wallet and Select Setup your second verification passphrase. Copy your second passphrase (store in password protected PDF etc), write it down in a book. This will ensure any future transaction will require both passphrases for each transaction making it super safe. Click next and paste the second passphrase you just saved. Enter your primary passphrase and complete the transaction.
 
Step 14: Click on delegates, these are the delegates that are forging. You select up to 26 delegates at a time to vote them. 
Step 15: Go to OXY elite website https://oxyelite.io/ click on Members tab, you must vote for each of the delegates in List A. Go back to your Oxy wallet  Forging  Delegates search for each member from oxyelite site list A and select them one at a time (remember to only select 26 at a time)  Once you have select 26 click on the Green Vote button top right  enter primary and secondary passphrases execute the transaction. Wait for your votes to reflect the 26 votes. Then repeat with the remaining 25 members you still need to vote.
 
Step 16: Go back to https://oxyelite.io/ click on verify (next to home), enter your Oxy wallet address and follow the steps to verify yourself as a voter.
 
Step 17: Now sit back relax and you will now earn Oxy on a weekly basis from the elite pool!!

Do I really need to enter the second passphrase ? I cannot vote I`m getting transaction error?
