 But then - Why is the use of Bitcoin increasing?

While you look at countries calling it "illegal " (Nepal, Morocco... ) I personally look at countries calling it legal (Japan) or regulating it (South Korea taxing transactions), or willing to regulate it (Australia), or countries with a friendly approach to Bitcoin (Singapore).
To this day, sure the price reached 10k but 10k is just a number that can't be looked at without perspective.
What matters is supply and demand.
This is only the beginning... Bitcoin is still very far from being mass adopted.
Do you, Nancy, believe the demand for Bitcoin will decrease in the future? Or increase?

I think the reason is they see bitcoin as an asset and a way of payment. Yes, many countries banned bitcoin for some reasons but more are using it because they see the benefits of bitcoin. Many are against it but compare it to the people who are using it, you can see that more are using than against.

Because people see bitcoin as a form of investment that can make them a millionaire imagine that bitcoin price skyrocketed very fast within in just 1 year, bitcoin gained over 1000% over the last year's price and also another reason why users are increasing is bitcoin is an easiest way to send and receive money decentralized and because of that no entity can hold your funds you can whatever you want do in bitcoin.

Not actually the use of Bitcoin, but the investors are the ones increasing. To be honest, until now there are less people using bitcoin as payments especially when the Silkroad has been shut down by the "man". On the other hand, bitcoin isn't illegal... it's just sort of unrecognized... but you can wait for a year or two and let's see what will happen.

because Bitcoin out of control, P2P, no ID needed, Global coin, can use it in Dark/Deep net, No one can track you[*] and Hackers use it (Darky use).

But when upload your ID and some information can use bitcoin "legally" (get prepaid visa, verify PayPal, direct exchange from bank,....etc  )

My country government tells that Bitcoin is illegal. The reason is they too scared if my local currencies price fall over because of Bitcoin. Somehow, until right now, IDR price are not fall over because of Bitcoin, while transaction volume is too damn high at last 24 h.
The use of Bitcoin increasing because people are interested in it. Mostly people say, they used bitcoin because the price is really fluctuative. Some people tell me that I can use Bitcoin for everything anonymous I wanna buy, sell, even lend. No wonder people use bitcoin for transaction, gambling, trading, lending, investing, etc.

There is a lot of FOMO, fear of missing out going on, a lot of people that chose not to invest when it was a few hundred dollars now might be thinking they don't want to lose out again and so are buying in, I know this is the case with a couple of people I know.

The larger reason varies, could be that bitcoin is soon to be added as a future via CME which will expose it to a new audience, the price is another reason that people now become aware of bitcoin, a lot of the growth can also be natural.

In terms of some governments calling bitcoin illegal, although they can call it illegal it is kind of a difficult one for them to enforce so use will continue in these countries, people will always find a way.

Government can't fool people from the truth anymore. This is our future and i believe the reason why many people are now using bitcoin is because of great technology that bitcoin allows us to experience. In my view, In the future everyone will surely use bitcoin for good.

Bitcoin price has increase 1000% of the price few years ago. this has cause alot of media attention as many people beging to wonder why the price has increase. this media attention has bring positive effect to the coin as many people are now trooping in to invest in bitcoin. even some that declare the coin as illegal in there country are investing secretly. huge demand of the coin has led to continuous increase in the price of the coin. very soon the coin will hit $10k plus more media attention.

I don't think it's the use of bitcoin as it is that's increasing right now but the demand. The price shooting way up is caused by people riding the trend and wanting to profit. Its good for btc though as that will open people up to the other uses of bitcoin

I don't think where you got that information, but very few countries consider bitcoin illegal. Most of them don't have a position, and some of the most developed ones, that are of course the ones to follow, are regulating bitcoin and making it possible for the coin to evolve. So basically the use of bitcoin is increasing, because the most developed countries are also slowly accepting it. The ones that consider it illegal don't really matter to be honest, because they are not good examples and no one really cares about their politics.

Not all of them call it an illegal currency as someone with a habit of reading and understanding things learn how really bitcoin works and the technology behind it which is blockchain, one of the main reason is because they did not truly understand the cryptocurrencies, just because they heard it woah it so volatile and anonymous, how can i trust that coin then they tag it as a scam, sad to say but they stop from that feature never bother reading the white paper nor study the cryptography just call it a bubble or a scam.

Then why it keeps on increasing while others bash and tag it as an illegal or bubble coin?the key answer is the big supporters, some of the example supporters, are John McAfee and bill gates, they are smart people because they've learned and supports btc till now they are just an example actually there are a lot of big personalities who support it and the big community here that keeps on hodling and believing.

The use of Bitcoin is increasing because more and more individuals and establishments are now accepting Bitcoin as mode of payment. The increasing ads on Bitcoin is also a contributing factor to this giving it more popularity in the society.

The increasing popularity is caused by the media who like to cover Bitcoin in the news. Even if it's negative news coverage, then it's still attention. The human-being is inquisitive by nature so we like to explore new things. That's where a lot of the new Bitcoin users come from, also because Bitcoin is associated with increasing value, which is a desire that a lot of humans have from nature.

This year a lot of new people found out about bitcoin. And people are becoming more. And all these people want to make money! And increasing demand affect the price.

A lot of countries aren't declaring bitcoin as illegal. Most of them didn't regulate BTC yet, but its not forbidden (yet).
Bitcoin gets wider and wider adopted because people start realizing that they are able to send funds around the world
and store them in their pocket with ease. And this without having to trust anyone with your money.
As banks and governments are less and less stable a possible investement into a growing markt is seen as a solution.

Bitcoin has crossed $9000 mark today. It may cross $10000 by the end of this year. But however it does not mean that bitcoin is becoming popular or its use is increasing. Most of the bitcoin users are using bitcoin currency as a tool of investment and not as a currency. Because of this, bitcoin`s demand is increasing and so of its price. In my country we have many bitcoin exchanges but still more than half of country don’t know bitcoin currency. Use of bitcoin is increasing in countries where bitcoin have legal status.

I cetainpy agree, as of now many country try to adopt bitcoin and they want to used as money where they can used as a payment in some transactions.  But still there are some countries that against in bitcoin but I still believe that in the future all country will legalized it.

IMO the use isn't increasing so much as the value due to people's hopes of quick and easy money. People are naturally greedy and want everything here and now. They read the articles and watch videos of young people who became millionaires with not much effort and think they're smarter than that, that they can repeat their success, that BTC is a goldmine waiting for them to arrive. I believe in BTC but right now a lot of its value comes from new people who came in with big money to become rich in a short time.

And if (or right to say "when") Bitcoin will become legal, what will do the community? Will HODLers start to spend their coins or hold and buy more bitcoin. As we know, BTC network have some problems (transactions frequency, high fees) that must be solve.

Yes bitcoin makes everyone equal there is no need to fill in order to become a bitcoin holder but it is needed only to pretend it because of the being illegal in the other country. Bitcoin is very helpful for everyone it change everyone's life.

If I am not mistaken, Bitcoin has topped google search already compared to searching for President Donald Trump. Huge companies are investing in bitcoin as well. Banks and investment agencies or anyone says Bitcoin is illegal due to their revenue is impacted and going to impact more if bitcoin usage by people increases. However, they eat up people's profit and give back just a small portion of profit, but bitcoin is giving back directly the profit we get (peer to peer) and this is one of the reason bitcoin use is increasing.

The idea of a decentralized currency means that the individual gets to control what happens to their money without the help of banks and third party institutions having a say in it. The reason why some of the governments are calling bitcoin as illegal is because, they are afraid for their people to get wealthy and no one will plan to work on the corporate world. That is one of the reason why banks are really afraid of the growth of cryptocurrency.

But above that I think this is a new method of transferring money without the need of third party like banks or western union or PayPal which were dominating this sector from a long time. Also, countries are discussing Bitcoin and crypto in their news channel which has also helped new people to know about its benefits making its growth more everyday.

The amazing profits provided by bitcoin to everyone is the reason why people are highly attracted towards this currency.
