Hey everyone! I'm Nikita, founder of Eristica - P2P challenge platform.
First off I'd like to thank bitbollo for starting our thread – he's amazing!

We started up this platform a little more than two years ago and it has exploded to over 1.2M users. The idea is simple: get crazy people to pull off insane stunts and record themselves on video which other people will dare them to do. So if you are bored watching TV every night after work you could: sign up, post a request for someone to eat a bowl of mold and maggots on video (sorry, that was just a recent one Cheesy), sit back and enjoy seeing people submit their crazy videos.

There are four founders in our team – you can see them on the video above. These are the people who stood at the very beginning, they are my family, it isn't a joke. At the beginning of our work we were together and together came to a significant event – the ICO.

Eristica will start the ICO very soon – 7 Dec 2017. It is very thrilling to all of us. Hard work, brainstorms, ups and downs, all this we had to go through. And… Believe me, it was worth it. The main point on the way to success is to believe in your product and go to the end. We do. We're 100% sure that Eristica will be accepted by the audience, as I see it right now. When users submit thousands of new challenges to the platform I feel proud of our product, our team and our work.

There are a lot of milestones yet to be achieved though. The next step is launching smart contract based challenges with token economy. This will allow performers to earn cryptocurrency by pulling off even crazier stunts and videos, as it will make the whole process transparent, seamless and legal. Just imagine it. Funny means money!

yes! you can create all type of challenge also with a special group.
as you know token are a part essential of entire app, so after the end of ICO you ere able to build your group and your preferred challenge.

That's cool! Because I will want to create a group visible only from it members. Like pranking/challenging friend only :)

The project look nice. The possibility of creating challenges is something which might attract lots of users. Am I missing the roadmap with set milestones in it? When do you reckon your platform will be launched?

You can test the mobile  app right now, however it’s going to have cryptocurrencies integrated since the 1st quarter of 2018.

Being a little bit more precise, you’ll have an option to make your challenge closed and available only for some definite quantity of friends specifying this in the settings. Actually the option works in the current version of Eristica app but now it’s applicable in one vs one challenges only.

This project was started a month ago but I knew about it just now. It means that there is not much promotion for this project which will not give it much benefit. You have to promote it more and more all over the forum in order to infom more investors. Advertising in the services section is important in the form of BTC signature campaign.

Unfortunately no promotion or advertising can reach 100% audience. Anyway thanx for your suggestion :)

Even if you live dedicated to this industry, you can't check by yourself ALL of these update.

I think Campaign Signature are not the only solution, because some users,unfortunately, are just spammers, or write post of low quality. Probably a simple "word of mouth" is also practically for a project like this, and focusing only in a sign. camp. is not enough.
However this is the first ICO with really famous people in this field (Larimer for E.G https://steemit.com/@stan): there are also other "uncommon" type of propaganda already ongoing ;)

I have never heard of eristica before and took me time to go trough 12 bounty pages and more than 400 bounty topics, I joined bounty because I've read that this is not new project and you already have more than million users, I just don't understand why are you promoting other ICO(deex) while you are running yours.

We're just gonna use some generally accepted verification methods. A qualitative editing is not an easy thing nor cheap so I guess such falsifications should be rather exceptional than regular. Besides, all arguing questions are gonna be solved by Eristica community and there must be some specialist who can comment.

Estimates and predictions of Eristica are based on Metcalfe’s17 law, which states that: “The utility of the network is proportional to the square of the number of users of this network ≈n2.” 1.2 million users of the platform will add value to Eristica tokens. What is soft and hard cap? 600k dollars is very small amount. I do not think they can raise more in this hard time for crypto

I think the Eristica concept is very interesting and that blockchain technology is a good use case, if the proper mechanisms are put in place to ensure it is used for the greater good (whether it is deemed legal or not). A completely decentralised solution governed by the people could see this develop into a very interesting platform (e.g. could see everyday people being rewarded for courageous acts)

What was the ICO price at the start December 7, 2017? Cant find any info about pricing.

Hi. The project has no soft cap and the ICO ends up tomorrow anyway. However we will continue the development. Most of the ICO projects are overhyped, they get money which they don't need and then it's a pain in the ass to manage them. In our case we already got the necessary amount of support to bring up the top notch product to the market. Also you can't always collect the funds from others, you have to earn it. So revenue focus remains the same it was before the ICO for us.

When "daredevil" creates a challenge, which will be recorded on blockchain on Ethereum smart contract, who is going to pay the eth transaction fee? Whoever is going to interact with the smart contract, they need to have some ETH in their wallet?

I visited the telegram channel and I saw the pinned post. Congrats for the team as well as project participants for the smooth and clear distribution. However, based of the medium "We completed the distribution of bounty tokens among 2252 participants", but I still read some complains on the telegram that they did not received their tokens.

Those are bounty participants. There maybe a problem on the way. That's why the team set a seperate form for specific problems/concerns. The team also stated that they are now processing it and soon will be settled.

Majority of tokens are now distributed and I called it a smooth transfer.

Exchange, as already stated in Whitepaper, is expected in Q1 2018, so people don't worry.
Just be patient. Anyway as ERC-20 token you can already buy or sell in eth DEX. But prices and volume are not realistic, don't waste your money and wait for an official announcement.

Don't worry about it. Each exchange solve this cases on it's own.  For example on some exchanges bitcoin cash has ticker BCC on the others BCH.

KuCoin and Cryptopia would be easy to list if you just pay them? That should be done already. Binance is whole different thing - they dont list for money.

i do not know what do ypu mean with big solid excahange? i think u can list ert in the small exchange but with good reputation while waiting to list in big exchange like bittrex, poloniex or binnamce. if u really want to list on binnance, u have to wait a bit longe....6 month maybe. listing fee on binnance is 100k usd. i know this, cause ardor already paid for listing but already 2 month and have not been listed on binnance yet. and i think it is really hard for ert dev to list ert on binnance cause listing fee is very high and ico price too cheap.

I've asked it already, but I'll do it again. How do you plan to approach mass market users? People who are already in cryptos won't have much problemas to go to one exchange or another to purchase ERT or to exchange it, but mass market users. That's the reason why I've asked if you plan to integrate a link or an api from some exchange in Erisitica app 4.0

This whole time we have been fed from admins that you guys have signed a non disclosure agreement on exchange.... why do we need to vote for Eristica to be listed on okex? Anyway, as an investor I would also vote for ERT on Okex

well, you can listing on smaller exchanges, you do not have to start from large exchanges

Why ERT is not yet listed on CoinMarketCap?
This would give a little visibility before being on a big exchange

A low tier exchange will not make an effect on the token. I totally do not see any development now.

A friend gifted me with 5000 Eristika I checked it on coinmarketcap, but not yet listed, I checked it on hitbtc but it's not listed there although there is a ticker ERT there but it doesn't belong to Eristika it belong to E-SPORTS, do this project still moving and what can we expect.

The soonest exchange that we expect now is LBank as we won their voting. If we complete their audit successfully we'll get listed there

Eristica can appear at cmc only after being officially listed. As for the other ERT ticker it's also not a problem and each exchange solves such cases on it's own.  For example on some exchanges bitcoin cash has ticker BCC on the others BCH. The project is developing and you can expect every milestone of the roadmap to be reached in due time

Eristica is listed on Yobit, Forkdelta Etherdelta unofficially for now, the team is working on being officially listed on a big exchange and we have passed the voting for LBank (a top 10 exchange at cmc) listing and now are waiting for the LBank audit. If we pass it successfully we'll get listed there plus there's voting for CoinEx listing open, pls see the pinned message

Get it to TradeOgre and Cryptopia. Cheap listings and massive volume for micro cap coins. You will get cheap PR from crypto twitter micro cap traders who love TradeOgre and Cryptopia gems. Daily volume is 500 usd atm and its embarrasing. Put some effort and money for new listings where pple really love to trade these super micros.

About trading volume, they have proposed an updated version of internal wallet, able to exchange tokens directly with exchange/paypal (long story short).
It works well, since trading volume has skyrocketed from last months, and token value has not big variations (pump/dump).
Let's see if this option can bring more users, and can influence the overall token value.

About the project itself, despite a "natural" correction of token value seen during these months (likewise what we have seen with all cryptomarkets including a long list of "dead" projects), they have taken a first batch of users, and some "market share" of a market that is not fully explored.

For what I know, it's the first of kind, so they are building also "the market", promoting not only the app, but even the idea of a DARE APP.
It's an interesting project for sure, they continue to improve, bringing constantly updates and achievements. (100k+ download on google store!)

Yes there are other competitors (non-blockchain) but I think these app can work "with" eristica and not act just as competitors.
 
Eristica team continue to building something new, since for what I know there isn't any app that allow people to get a reward for a challenge directly. Plus obviously no other app has a token that allow to get a reward...
