Relax man, you must have made a mistake.

They are trustable. My BTC deposits always get credited way faster than in Cloudbet! I must admit I never use Ethereum but Betcoin are trustable for sure.

I think you should provide all those proofs in this thread then other members can believe what you're saying instead just wring without proofs.

If you provide those proofs then they should provide your coins but without proper proofs, no one can help you or believe what you say.

Only proof i have atm is the email they sent saying it was recieved but it never got credited to my account there keeping it. https://imgur.com/a/leGqf
i SUGGEST no1 deposit eth there they will keep it

You can also show the proof of the deposit address from your account and proof for you send money to that address.

With all these things you can post on their thread as well or open scam accusation thread then they should respond to your claim.

Yeah you definately need more proof before you start making accusations like that mate. You probably made a mistake with the adress you sent it to..

Nope!!! I wouldnt get a email FROM THEM saying they received my deposit if it was wrong!!!

Then just provide more proofs like others suggested above already.

If you do not try, odds are 100% to be a "No".
You shoud email them about your deposit.

If they reply, they acknowledge your deposit and that there has been an issue, anyway the ball is on their side in this case.
If they don't, it means they are selectively scamming people, which is not good.

Please email them and tell us then what happened. :)

If that is the case and you have an email from them saying that deposit was successful, you should be able to screenshot that and that will be plenty of proof for Betcoin. If you truly did deposit with them legitimately, it will show up in your balance sooner or later.

Well it may not seem like the best casino, it does have all around action for any kind of gambler. The sports book, poker, slots its all there. But the reason I would play with them is beacuse they have a pretty long and decent reputation with the bitcoin Community. They have been around for quite a while and are way more trusted then the hundreds of sites that have popped up just like it.

I do have the email with them saying they received the deposit. It never has been credited to my account. So they are basically keeping it. They say the never recieved it even though i got the email from them saying they did.  https://imgur.com/a/leGqf

Looks pretty clear to me that your deposit just doesn't have enough confirmation yet. Maybe you entered a low fee and then it can easily take days before it gets confirmations.
Just wait and it will arrive at some point.

I have never deposited ETH to betcoin , but is it really how it looks in email ?? you deposited 5.0E-5 btc  ??? that's not understandable at all for me
also why you aren't posting the tx ?? just post the tx cause it's the only legit proof
by not posting the tx the whole accusation is false IMO , cause the email you received isn't even understandable and it may be fake

Only proof i have atm is the email they sent saying it was recieved but it never got credited to my account there keeping it. https://imgur.com/a/leGqf
i SUGGEST no1 deposit eth there they will keep it

quoted for reference , this doesn't make sense that you don't have a proof for a tx that you made

That is correct. I saw many others already suggested OP to post Tx proof but he ignored that part.

ETH transactions should be quite fast and I don't think it is a low fee issue. If he can provide his tx details then we know what is exactly issue.

Glad to hear it all worked out man.  I have not had any issues with deposits/withdraws there.  It's good to see you got credited and so far everything is good.  I've seen some not so good things about casino issues and such, but not with depo/wd that I can recall.

Lol no,

they are many things but not really trustable.
That's why their main account here got something like -50 trust. They were involved in numerous very shady affairs, especially about jackpots not paid, money deposited but never recevied...
Though I doubt they do anything like this just for 5 ETH, that would be stupid.

This looks like an initiated fake issue that got solved to claim that betcoin.ag is 110 percent legit while in realithy they are big scammers!

betcoin.ag scam! (https://game-protect.com/betcoin-ag-scam/)

Betcoin.ag extort 500 Bitcoins Jackpot winner for “settlement” (https://game-protect.com/betcoin-ag-extort-jackpot-winner/)

-> wow, that would be $6 million today!!! :D

it's better if you don't talk about scam you -8 points enough to proof you and your reliability with someone's money.
i won't say you are scammer but you service don't seem that much effective to me like you can drag those scammers to the court.

You can drag any scammer to the court if you know his identity and the -8 points are false and misleading and already disproven!
This is a basic right and everyone should know it! I suggest to use your brain!

lol man , there is no problem at first place cause clearly the op was lying
he was claiming that he hasn't received the deposit , receiving deposits isn't a probelm to be solved cause we already know that all sites even the scam ones credit the deposits and then maybe they won't let you withdraw

but the sure thing is that they will credit your deposit

the OP never posted a tx which is clearly a big sign that he was lying at the first place

please don't keep explaining things the way you like

Yeah, "evidence" being two links from the same shady site is hardly conclusive to me. They've paid me out anytime I've won for multiple years now, there is no scam here.

Betcoin ag has several problems with their customers, do not play there.
