Post by: capitanraj on November 29, 2017, 09:34:31 AM
Hi All,

Hope you doing well,

i would like to know the following,

I am looking for some kind of App for Iphone or Website that i will be able to manage my portfolio,

kind like "coinmarketcap" - i'm looking for another alternative.

the idea is to set notification the trade is in profit of X % or to set a notification when i'm in loss of X % .

Many Regards.

Blockfolio

It's not perfect but will do this.

Have you tried CoinTracker (https://www.cointracker.io)? It securely & automatically syncs your transactions and balances so that you never have to manually enter a trade again. There are now daily portfolio alerts with lots of other alerts coming soon.

For the time being it is blockfolio so far that I can recommend. I don't know why no one has developed a nice portfolio APP for cryptocurrencies. Even blockfolio sometimes gonce crazy. I think we will have good apps only when we will have blockchain OS on mobile to be the real time full dAPPs working on it.

I use cryptocompare to track my portfolio but I use it on the internet through my laptop or desktop to check prices. I am not that mobile savvy to download too many apps so not sure if there is a mobile version but it does give nice analytics about the coins and tokens it gets listed. I also believe ETHOS is going to come out with a complete crypto wallet and portfolio manager, so am looking forward to when that goes live at some point because it will help noobs get into crypto.

Using Blockfolio on IOS.
So far had no any issues. I know that for some new coins it can go crazy and shows some unreal amounts, but it is unknown if its blockfolio issue or exchange provides wrong data.

For me it do what it has to - tracks prices and shows PnL. But alerts doesnt seem to work fine, at least in my particular case - I tried to set it for a few times but for every coin i received notice with 10 minutes delay, that makes it pointless.

A friend of mine using blockfolio with alerts. He said it is working perfectly to him. He always recieve alerts in time and it is easy to use. So blockfolio still the best way so far for mobile phones.

I used blockfolio and this work good for me. Though coinmarketcap contains a lot of coins and token I do used blockfolio to set an alert on the price movement over time and if the coins I have invested is moving in my favor or not. You can download the application at Google play store.  This application save me from over investing in January.

I can recommend such as Blockfolio. It is convenient and have graphs for each type of cryptocurrency. I have heard about a tab trader and coincap apps. My friends are satisfied with them as well. Try and choose the best one for you.

maybe in the mean of all the friends here is the Blocfkolio which is mentioned above. Just try it, maybe you can help you to trade Bitcoin and Altcoins. and can make you experience the benefits of the application.

I love the Blockfolio app on my smartphone, it is quite simple to use and understandable... You just add the amoun of coin you have and it will show you the current market price.

I tend to use a mixture of Blockfolio and CoinMarketApp. I'm yet to find one app that does everything, and contains all currencies/tokens. Still on the lookout though!

Helping friend here! If you need an automatic portfolio management tool that also gives fundamental and technical data in one platform. No more manual portfolio management, since this platform will be a one-stop shop for traders and investors to get a complete, actionable intelligence about on what's happening about the market.

Just input your email on the link to join the beta test for free.

Hi, there friend  :), there are numerous apps one can use in order to manage his/her portfolio in this crypto world but the best I have tried and can also recommend for you is forkdelta and enclaves. They have great interface and management system making it easy to operate.

Delta is been wonderful and blockfolio good too, But I prefer Delta because they are quicker to list coins and tokens than some other ones that would wait for bigger exchanges. Just that some times there are bugs that gives price disparity but usually get fixed fast
