Find someone willing to loan you their AM shares, and sell them.  That's a good old fashioned covered short sale.

Or you could use options to achieve a similar effect.  You could buy some out-of-the money put options.  Or you could write some naked in-the-money calls.  If writing options, I would go for European style, of course.

Everything except buying the puts would require you to put up collateral to guarantee that you'd fulfil your obligations.

ASICMiner is still undervalued my friend :)

Google Price-Earnings-Ratio or: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Price%E2%80%93earnings_ratio

Maybe you re right and the price will fall, but there is no fundamental reason right now.

Keep in mind the block reward halving.

I know, but even if block reward gets halved right now, ASICMINER shares are cheap. Maybe it doesn't rise anymore but at least there is no reason for the share prices to fall.

EDIT:
But if anyone has a reason why price should fall, tell me why. I would like to know :)

the assumption is as the network gains traction transaction fees will begin making up a greater part of the rewards.

This.

Sure, there's only 10 mil BTC left to be mined, but that's only new coins.  Old coins will cycle indefinitely in the transaction fees.

Not really, just speculation and whales freeing up coin for the labcoin obvious bubble.
