Title: Need help ! MoBo Recognizes only 4 cards! Post by: richichi on December 03, 2017, 11:30:45 AM Hello guys i own a H110 BTC PRO +, this is the first time im experiencing this - i have 7 cards installed, all risers are 100% working and tested, gpus are all brand new and also tested, mobo new also, tried moving slots, tried gen 2 gen 1, auto, flashed bios from website, i just dont know what to do anymore to make it work
cards are 1060 3gigs psu - 2x rm850i cpu - g4400 8 gigs of ram Title: Re: Need help ! MoBo Recognizes only 4 cards! Post by: cableiso on December 03, 2017, 02:26:54 PM Did you try adding the cards one at a time? It's slow and you have to power up 7 times but it can prove if you have a bad slot.
Also, if you boot windows 10 with 7 new cards installed it could take a freaking hour to go talk to win update for a driver for each. Title: Re: Need help ! MoBo Recognizes only 4 cards! Plug one card in and get it to boot. Set 4G decoding to “enable” and set pcie to gen 1. Get windoze to get the latest nvidia driver 383.53 (i think). Then add cards one at a time and get them to mine properly with LOW overclocks and power usage. |
