Is there a tutorial on sending with zero transaction fee in QT client?

Please no "pay the fee" preachers.

I'm looking for the answer as well. Seems that Since bitcoin-qt.0.8.2 beta, there's some more strict rules on paying fees, one I can understand if preventing flood, but even normal speed, normal tx (larger than 0.05) will incur a 0.0005 fee on 0.8.2 or 0.0001 on 0.8.3. Any one can explain the details why and point out the codes where forces the fee in bitcoin-qt source code?

I'll give you a clue: you have to create transactions with a priority (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_fee) greater than or equal to 57.6 million. Now you only have to figure out the priority of your transaction ;).
