Title: Bitblender support
Post by: Vito.Gambino on December 06, 2017, 07:06:38 AM
Have a support ticket open on bitblender and even though its only been a few hours, can anyone really say if they really reply support tickets?
I know the use @blender use to be active here and is affiliated with the site, however, I can't tell if he is still active.

As far as i know they are running a signature campaign which has been going for ages, and nobody has got any complaints about them. This means that there have probably been no big complaints against them.

Be patient - as long as you are on the right site(and not a phishing one), you should be able to get a response soon.

If not, then write on this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=436467.msg23266826#msg23266826 or PM this guy. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=229601)

They are totally active in this forum but they are not affiliated with the forum. Be careful that they are also targeted by phishers, this is their real website https://bitblender.io/ no other than that and as for your ticket request you just have to wait for a while. How long have you been waiting for that ticket? or did you logged in to a phishing link? Remember that this is a fake one http://bitblender.org/

Thanks guys. . .
I am certain I am on the real bitblender site. I have been using them for a while now, have no complaints just wanted to be sure their support actually works, or if there were alternative means of reaching them.

They should be responsive on support, just wait a bit man. No need to start panicking if you've used them multiple times before and everything went smoothly. Plus, it's only been a few hours lol. They may be sleeping or whatever.

What's the problem anyways?

If you don't get a response just PM their forum account, though it's been last active 1 month ago so not sure if you can get a response instantly.

That's good to know so for now you don't have to do anything but to wait for their reply and they'll be getting into your concern as soon as they reviewed your ticket. You may also post your concern in their ANN thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=436467.100

Yes bitblender is not that active here but I've seen a lot of similar threads where bitblender respond after Lutpin asked them to. If you want to get a response from their account here asap. It'll be faster to just contact Lutpin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=520313) who manages their signature campaign here and has a direct contact to them. He's practically here everyday. You can ask him to have bitblender (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=229601) respond here
