Today,I saw the price of bitcoin when I woke up it is at $14150.Maybe it creates a fear of price crash in the coming days.I just want to know why the price of bitcoin increasing at this rate?
Bitcoin bubble going to burst? or the price of bitcoin will reach $1M in 2020.

As people keep dumping alts to buy BTC , and other keeps holding the price will keep climbing as my point of view, this is what every bitcoiner wants!

In my own idea, bitcoin has limited amount, and more people keep buying for investment and to earn a good profit. Since the supply is very rare the tendency the value of bitcoins rise up.

everyone talks about the high price of bitcoin soaring fast, and surely it makes some people wonder about what makes bitcoin soar? I speculate that the causes that make bitcoin the higher is the rising investor, increasing the volume and spreading bitcoin.
but what I never understood was that it happened in a very short period of time.

It is not only the increase in price. Bitcoin is regaining dominance versus alts. I think it has to do with Lightning network being tested yesterday, as this can solve the problems bitcoin has and that other alts solved.

It will go down for sure, so be prepared to see dips of few thousands, as we are moving in big figures now. 20% rises or fall are normal for bitcoin and when the price was $1.000 that meant hundreds but nowadays it means thousands, so people will see it and be more scared, which shouldn’t be that way if we think in terms of %.

I thought $1M's at 2025 but great work bitcoin! You moved it faster. This is history! Bitcoin really is the biggest and the highest asset of all time right now.

1M? that's a long way to go.I was hoping bitcoins price will hit $20000 on next year.But now I am assuming that bitcoin price may will hit $20000 on January 2018 or at the end of this year.Actually it's a really good news for holders who are holding bitcoins for long time.I am sure that they will cut a good profits from this.I also holding 3BTC and hoping that I would be a rich on 2020.

The upcoming introduction of Bitcoin futures probably has a lot to do with it.  I'm wondering though if this is a case of buy the rumor and sell the news so to speak.  I mean this could funnel a lot of money into bitcoin, but it also means that people will now have an instrument to short Bitcoin.  If we thought Bitcoin was volatile before, it could be even moreso now.  The other possibility is that BTC is more stable, it looks like only time will tell.  I can't wait to see what the next chapter holds for Bitcoin.

Yes, when I woke up, I saw that the price of bitcoin has risen again, and it seems to have become a habit in the last month. Maybe it has something to do with the recently reported Wall Street money will enter the encrypted currency, which I think is not healthy, though I maintain that it will continue to rise.

I think there will be a chance for that sure.The bitcoin will raise to the next level now,no one can stop the growth of bitcoin now.If you start to inverse now show,it will gives you a billion as a return based on the investment. It offer you more profit for more investment.

If you check the situation over at Coinmarketcap, you'll see that pretty much every alt is in red, while Bitcoin is going up significantly. This is inconclusive of anything by itself, but based on past precedents, it's safe to assume that altcoin money is flowing into Bitcoin. As to why that is happening, I have no idea. It could have something to do with Bitcoin futures, or the sudden surge in Bitcoin popularity, with it breaking all time highs pretty much weekly.

Either way, surges caused by altcoins don't last. This bullish run should come to a screeching halt at some point. A correction should be expected soon as money flows back into alts.

The spread of bitcoin across the countries, the influx of investors, introducing it to the big portfolios and using it as a transaction on local market makes it price rise.

Nobody has the exact explanations, could be just guessing but in this case the high price causes high demand and vice versa. Recently Bitcoin has increased the popularity significantly and more and more users are coming into Bitcoin system. We can also see that more or less all altcoins are getting down which might be the sing that many users are switching majority of funds to Bitcoin.

Looks to me that it's a bubble like dotcom bubble in late 90s. The price goes up really fast then drops and it's gonna be a blow.

The reason is simple, because people want to get bitcoin or invest in it. Supply bitcoin is limited and it causes the price to increase.

This rapid price increasing is happening due to many investors are selling their altcoins to buy bitcoin so the price of all altcoins are dumped even the price of ethereum is decreasing.So there is chance for futher price increase in bitcoin in coming weeks and possibily bitcoin able to hit $20K at the end of 2017 if it continue to go at this rate.
Yeah,if the price is continues for long time the bitcoin maybe able to reach $1M in 2020 or 2025.But there are chances for price crash too so we have to wait and see what is going to happen in future.

The price of bitcoin are increasing with a blink of an eye and has surpassed $ 14000 there are still high chances for the bitcoins to  go even higher due to high demand for the bitcoins and blockchain technology. The word of bitcoins spread so quickly all the world and the widespread of the news has attracted many investors and bitcoins user's to enter into the bitcoin community, which is one of the reason for the rise in price of bitcoins.

I think this sudden price bump of bitcoin is happening due to the upcoming fork on Dec 12,so altcoins holders are selling their coins to buy bitcoins so the price of all altcoins are falling from yesterday,maybe the price fall will continue untill the fork.Currently the price of bitcoin passed $15K if it continues at this rate there is high chance of touching $20K before the fork.Yeah there is chance of bitcoin price will be $1M at 2020 but no one knows what will happens so keep investing on bitcoins to keep the bitcoin price upwards.

I think it's a bit faster up, because the more users will get faster the price increase will be higher because of the demand for more whales and that's where the wind surges at higher prices

I totally agree, nobody can actually define specific reasons for this price increase, hence why we can't accurately predict anything regarding Bitcoin's price in the future. It is truly astonishing to see Bitcoin surpass $15.000 today.

The reasons for the price increase is the free coin from the upcoming fork so people are converting their altcoins intoo bitcoin to get that free coin but the price is increasing so fast than ever if it continue at this rate we may expect the bitcoin price will hit $20K before 2018.

The price rise should be due to more users adopting and higher confidence in BTC. I am seeing BTC appearing in news every other days. The other reasons should be due to the free fork coins.

Whatever the reasons are, this is good news for us.

Looks like everybody so exited about CME futures for bitcoin. Are they planning the same for ethers? Don't understand why it so undervalued, with so many ERC20 tokens and strong community. Was happy to buy at 430, now 419. Whutt?? Will hodl definitely, but doesn't make sense to me. 

For me i think it is because Christmas is coming so bitcoin is getting higher.  It is a gift from who is behind all of this and i think it will become more high in more days.

While doing trading always keep your eyes on literally everything as Current price for Buying and selling, 24 Hours Highest and Lowest, Buy wall and sell wall, Volume etc. This can clearly shows hows trading going on.

I checked most of time there are small amount with exact price are placed for sell, and in such cases if whale enters with interest in Bitcoin then they just take market up only, to finalize expected amount of BTC. In future same will continued to increase price of BTC against Fiat.
