Do what everyone does mate, create an account with Poloniex or bittrex or whatever and buy your XRP.

Although ripple may never get the same crazed and loyal following as bitcoin it is a highly useful coin  with potential across the entire financial system. Think of it as a stepping stone for banks and financial institutions into the world of cryptocurrency. They are large corporations and not very intelligent when it comes to new technologies, so they need someone (ripple) to hold their hand as they make the transition.

Mind if I ask why all you assholes are recommending OP go get their cryptocurrency "hacked" by exchanges that have been "hacked" before and will be "hacked" again until they shut down completely like Bitfloor, etc? Personally the only significant loss I've suffered was from an exchange called Bitfloor.

How about you all stop threadcrapping, and learn how to go after scammers personally? Because criminal/negligent corporations & officers thereof get away with all the cryptocurrency they want & even if seized, the government sells it off rather than giving it back to all the innocent users.

Consider gatehub price is 15.8k when bitcoin was 17.600, all the questions why i don't buy from exchanges are stupid.

Users who is part of gatehub will be goes to buy the bitcoin from that site. Here most of the buying bitcoin with the fiat cash will be done by localbitcoins site. There are some active exchanges available in online to get the bitcoin for the different altcoins.
If you want to buy the ripple check that you are adding your adding your bitcoin to any exchange site like live coin site.
After get confirmed you will find the way open a trade for multiple cryptos. Choose one among them and open with your expected currency.

are you sure? If yes it certainly is not a problem because the Ripple itself is pretty good also if for good long-term investments as well as in the short term.
