Create a thread for all languages (English, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish) - using our website, which is already in all those languages, also we have a google doc sheet with ready statements in each language to copy and paste. 2. Hire local moderators to translate and reply to those threads - by posting our bounty program. A bounty for Translations and moderation of threads on local boards. - they will translate whatever you post. Each translation of a topic = 30 Mango tokens reward with 1 update per week as moderator. 3. post in the English thread by taking a screenshot of our website and add the Resources at the bottom. 4. post ads to offer members an "avatar campaign". i understand thee need for a manager here in BTCTALK..... but please consider to choose your applicants very wisely! if the person applying does not have solid references and history to prove his ability. this is actually delicate and should already be known! if a member of this forum does not have a high rank and or his merits are low and his history does not supply with valid skills then please consider a higher ranking person! or contact some of the existing Managers on this forum for guidance. |
