I am MyEtherUser wallet.

so. a week ago. I do swapping Eth for Some amount BTC
I have 0.872 Eth. and I want do Swapping.

my MEW address is
0xeCBbf09D8e63C14262A213b19663b17344b70229

So I useing "SWAP" Feature on MEW for btc.
I open it. and swap my 0.872 eth.

they ask me for send to the miner with given Address.
0x8920Fd7313934b33565f18F0FC3aCf7ff053Dc9c

then. I hit "Send it"
And I send it to my local bitcoin wallet address

I do this swapping in Friday 1 december. 3am Local time.
And this problem started.

after I wait for 12 hours. I never recieved any BTC to my btc wallet.
So. I Do some investigation. I open my wallet. And open my history

So here.

So nothing wrong until this point.
And I open where the miner send my eth.
I found 1 address

and I found A lot transcation here.
and I do some googling about this address

And I be like "Oh F**K my A**"
They Even have Bity MEW representative. and saying this 0xfb9F7F41319157ac5C5dccaE308A63a4337ad5d9 address is their main MEW swap operational.

So. I can assume is it their SWAP wallet. And I dome some research again in this wallet.
and I found my transcaction between the miner and this wallet.

exact same Miner. that they Say I must send to.

and it even success transcaction

I already send 3 Email to them. 1 to main bity Exchanger. 1 to MEW bity Swap. and 1 to my locat bitcoin wallet.

only 1 reply my mail and that local bitcoin wallet. Say. "We haven't see any transcaction in your wallet from outside"
Until this time. 10 day I make this thread. I never ever have they reply or transcaction....

So. I make quick research a bit about this exchanger.
and it's Swiss exchanger.
is this the Swiss exchanger be like.
