Before few days everything was fine , i had few bitcoins in Mybitcoin.com . Suddenly today i am not able to access it , what can this be ? It says login information is incorrect . Post by: bitplane on July 03, 2011, 04:38:17 PM I learned the hard way that mybitcoin are a joke when I lost my password and discovered that there's no way to reset it or even contact them without creating a new account. Even if you do create a new password and contact them, they're unlikely to actually respond.

Maybe just a database problem they're having. As a precaution I changed some of my payout addresses to my local btc address anyhow until this appears to be resolved or not.

I had 10.08 the first time, and another 10 or so this time. 20 bitcoins just vanishing into thin air because MyBitCoin can't be professional?
