I did a deal with him recently, and it was a PP deal which hasn't been charged back. I changed my positive to a neutral after Hilariousandco said he was adding me to his trust list, but he seems like a straight shooting type of guy. When we did our deal, he didn't stand to gain much by doing it and getting a positive from me.
You have to actually catch someone doing something wrong here. The fact that this user got some positives from DT members just isn't enough IMO. Trust is looked at as a status symbol, for better or worse, but seeking it out doesn't necessarily mean a user intends to scam. When I search most of his transactions it seems like his an easy guy or gal to talk with, fast pacing negotiations no more smooth talks just deal whatever they want without any interving speech.
