I deposited 800€ over two weeks ago and my money is nowhere to be seen. There is no customer support. Nobody answer my tickets. Money stolen by cex. I see their ads every single day on youtube, which shows that they are still willing to spend money on advertising their business. Yet they don't seem to have spent any effort in maintaining the accounts of their customers which really sucks because i remember they were one of the best places to exchange fiat to BTC before, with cloud mining as well. Bardman, well then provide a solution. what exactly do you also mean by "what they said..what you said"? what do you think. well i answer it very simple: my money is not there....cex: pls be patient...my money still not there...cex: we r looking into it....RESULT: NOTHING i sent them all documents of proof that are possible. messages and messages...i even have a written confirmation of their bank, stating they received the funds i transferred on dec 5th arrived on december, 6th. now its jan 1st and i dont have 1 euro in my account.
