Hey guys. I was banned from the Monaco card telegram group for question about their competitors :)
That's how their admins maintain "right opinions" in their group. Just try to ask about competitors and the advantage of MCO against other projects (Bonpay, Tenx, Tokencard ,etc.) and you will be banned.
Also one of admins wrote in the group chat, that for any such questions he/she will ban users  ::)
So, I don't think this is the right way to communicate with the community.

NOTE: I was not abusing any person, used no strong language just asked inconvenient questions.

I did, and I know how they differ from other projects. And I wanted to know how they gonna sell me their product. And all this is BEFORE they released the card.

Well I just visited their ANN Thread and seems you are not alone. Hmm but I think this thread belongs to Service Discussion (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=85.0)

Who suppose to sell you the product? Other community members? There is no one from sales team on slack. They will start marketing after card launch.

So why they should even create the chats? To talk about non-project things? My question was not complicated or tech-related. Simple question about competition advantage.

And good that admin moved this thread to Reputation  section. It is the right place for it.
Remember, traders, in case of any issue, don't go to their telegram, you will be banned.

I'm in this telegram group, too. Most of the time silently watching things. And I have to admit it is one of the best and most adult Telegram groups I know of. No moon, lambo, when rich and all this crypto-kiddie bs.

Who gets banned there ? So far from what I can tell without access to the admin logs:
*spammers
*tenx shills
*guys who do are getting on all our nerves, asking stupid loaded questions over and over again (also tenx shills I guess)
*kiddies that rant are not banned, you still can see them in the members list, but somehow they went silent (put on rad onyl I guess)


few other observations:
*number of users grows steadily, close to 5k users already
*latest news are to be found there
*questions are always answered by the community and admins
*staff is around, most of the time watch silently (if you @ them, they respond)
*no spam, and if there is some posted, it vanishes within seconds usually

This is what I have to report from my observations. Few users even post it from time to time in the channel how much they appreciate it, not seen in other crypto groups before to be honest.

Can you prove that I am lying? Cause I have some thoughts that you are one of the managers. And as "simple user" try to resolve the situation.
And you know, from the time I was banned NO ONE from the team tried to contact me. Even via pm.
What a great community management.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I don't want any payment for my actions. Just want more people to know about manager's behavior.

And yes guys, monaco mangers are insulting users here.
So I think this is the project's policy. Insult everyone, who has some opinion, which don't like the managers.

Shame on them, I saw many businesses in fashion industry do similar thing, but the truth comes out on top sooner or later!

Monaco VISA card team headed by failed CEO Kris Marszalek and his "team" have no choice but to censor any views that do not agree with them that is why they prefer using Telegram
