Sending first is not the issue, chargebacks are. I'm pretty sure this is what AnonX is warning people about.

Another red flag would be "June 24, 2011, 07:34:59 PM". A couple posts in 2011 and in russian, then nothing since up until now. Most users will assume you bought this account and most (not all) buy older accounts to attempt to scam people.

xetsr yes, I use bitcoins on 2011, but after I dont use it. Now I again need bitcoin. I have paypal, and dont know there spend it, so I want exchange it to btc. Yes, I russian speak user :)

maybe you should withdraw the paypal to your bank and use a different payment method. in the time you posted the OP you could have done that.

This is hilarious. Nothing wrong with him asking for ID and you should respect the fact that he's even offering you PayPal as a payment option on here.

I cannot withdraw paypal on my bank account, because on my country all withdraws - restricted.

He dont have legal rights for require my ID...

Lots of my customers provide their Id's. I have no interest in using your information for any purpose other than to see if you are the owner of the paypal account. You can black out your information other than name and picture.

Really there is no good reason why you wouldnt provide proof of Id unless you are scamming.

You have LEGAL RIGHTS that require ID's?
If yes - I show it. If no - not show.

I also notice that some members who not have legal rights of require ID's, DL's, and another documents - use it for scamming poker rooms, shops, payment systems etc. for unauthorized transactions. Be careful :)

Legal right? wtf are you talking about? I can ask anyone I want to see their Id it doesn't require a licence? I am not forcing you do do anything. It is all voluntary! I have had plenty of people try and scam for one btc especially foreigners, but lots of americans too. It is really not a big deal to provide ID I had mine posted to my facebook page for 5 months.

When people send me their ID they black out everything but the name and picture, all I really need to know is if you owner of the PP account.. you get a lot of people using other peoples accounts without their knowledge when it comes to coins, lots of sneaky people who wont ID themselves.

Small transactions are not likely to be charged back. They are used to gain feedback and trust reputation for the large charge backs.

No, I don't endorse him. I needed $20 on Paypal and got them. Deal went good, so far. What else do you want me to tell you? I knew the risk I was taking and decided to go for it, cause I really needed those $20 to pay for something I bought on ebay. Where did you read me saying that anyone else should blindly do business with him? Where is the endorsement? It seems the one with something stuck up his ass is you.

Would be good to have some moderators on here whose job it is to investigate accounts at a request. Ice see if IP addresses have changed recently to show potential bought accounts or hacked accounts etc
