Start by promoting your casino through signature campaign along with your social media person in bitcoin community. There are facebook groups which were created for bitcoin users, If you have a good social media marketer, he could be your solution to make your site known.

If you pay your affiliate marketer thru that affiliate earnings/signups, you'd hardly find one.

I’m not sure if companies to run signature campaigns release the numbers on how well the signature campaign works, I’d imagine they work pretty well but I’m sure they’re not for every company. I would recommend to the OP to find someone with a good social media presence in bitcoin and crypto currency related groups. I myself am about to launch a site so I’m dealing with the same kind of hurdles.

We are planning to launch signature campaigns as well as other stuff, like paid ads, affiliates, social media activity etc. But it's not the idea of this topic.

YOU are searching for someone, so YOU should provide exact information. Noone with expertised skills is in the need of following such a weak attempt of hiring employees. That's like someone on the street coming over and telling me to work fow him, without knowing anything about him, his company, salary and so on. Would YOU follow him?

There are a large number of gambling sites that have running campaigns for many years on this forum. I'm sure they wouldn't still be doing it if it didn't work.
